Wir haben uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt (Samstag auf Sonntag) im Burghaus Kronenburg gefreut. Leider hat uns das Erlebnis im Restaurant beim Abendessen dermaßen enttäuscht, dass dadurch unser ganzer Aufenthalt vermiest war. Wir hatten reserviert für 18:30 und waren auch pünktlich da. Unser Tisch stand bereit. Insgesamt waren im Restaurant 4 Tische besetzt. Die Bedienung einwandfrei! Allerdings 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen zu warten, es kalt zu bekommen und dann nochmal eine halbe Stunde auf den zweiten Anlauf zu warten, ist absolut inakzeptabel! Wenn denn wenigstens das Essen, nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit zumindest geschmacklich alles ausgeglichen hätte....leider nein. Das Geflügel trocken, 1 Klößchen dazu und 2 Löffel gegartes Gemüse. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - eine Unverschämtheit! Das Glas Wein mit knapp 0,1 l (2 Schluck) in "so einem Etablissement" sah sehr knauserig aus. Als Entschuldigung kam die Erklärung, dass heute ein "Leihkoch" (?) da ist und dann auch noch das Gas ausgefallen war...??? Zur Wiedergutmachung haben wir eine ! Portion (für zwei) labbriges, nicht richtig karamellisiertes, Creme Brulee bekommen. Der Plan war ursprünglich am nächsten Morgen lecker zu Frühstücken und uns einen schönen Tag in der Umgebung zu machen, allerdings nach so einem Abendessen haben wir es nicht riskiert noch ein Mal dort zu essen und sind sofort abgereist. Ach ja, das Zimmer (Superior Suite) war sehr schön eingerichtet. Nur die TV-Fernbedienung war kaputt, was aber sofort ersetzt wurde.
