Hotel Drazica

Drei nächste verbrachten wir hier im Rahmen einer Rundreise in Kroatien. Zunächst die Lage: diese ist sehr gut zu bewerten. Direkte Uferlage und wenige Gehminuten zum historischen Ortskern von Krk mit zahlreichen Restaurants. Ausstattung: Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos. Die Lobby empfängt einem noch in einem relativ modernem Ambiente. Uns wurde statt des gebuchten Doppelzimmers mit Balkon und Meerblick ein „Upgrade“ in eine Art Studio in einem Nebengebäude gegeben. Allerdings wirkte die Ausstattung der Möbel und der Badezimmer eher nach dem Standard der 90er Jahre. Auf Monitoren im Hotel werden Bilder von Zimmern gezeigt, welche deutlich moderner sind. Wenn es diese gezeigten Zimmer hier im Hotel tatsächlich gibt, wirkt das Upgrade eher wie abschieben. Ferner fehlen m.E. auch überall ein paar dekorative Pflanzen. Klima und Platz wäre da. So wirk das Areal doch sehr nüchtern und kahl. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der Pool. Dieser ist groß und sehr sauber. Service: Bei Bezug des Zimmers am Anreisetag war dieses um 16 Uhr noch nicht gemacht. Auch am zweiten Tag fanden wir unser Zimmer ungemacht am späten Nachmittag vor, obwohl wir das Schild zum Reinigungsservice an die Zimmertür hängten. Fazit: Wenn es uns wieder einmal nach Krk verschlägt, würden wir vermutlich ein anderes Hotel wählen, auch wenn wir mehr bezahlen müssten. Es sind eben einige Defizite vorhanden, welche das Hotelmanagement leicht und schnell beheben könnte, wenn diese denn gesehen würden.

La vista ripaga di tutto! Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza al mare e al centro della città di Krk, e questi due punti sicuramente sono stati soddisfatti: la camera vista mare ti lascia senza parole, noi eravamo al 5° piano con una vista da urlo, al mattino si sentiva la brezza marina, i gabbiani, davvero da film! Il centro di Krk è a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi comodissima passeggiata lungomare senza spostare la macchina. Il mare è di fronte l'hotel, con una pineta e due sdraio per circa 8 euro al giorno (molto da ridire sui gestori però che al primo giorno ci avevano detto che il noleggio durava fino le 19.30, al secondo giorno alle 19 sono venuti a mandarci via per chiudere tutto, al terzo alle 18.30!!!!! vergognosi), c'è una piscina dell'hoteel con due sdraio gratuite, ma impossibili da trovare in giugno!! non ci sono sdraio a sufficienza per tutti gli ospiti, che si mettono in fila molto prima dell'apertura della piscina (peraltro molto ridotta, dalle 10 alle 18.00.................) per correre a trovare una sdraio ed un utopico posto all'ombra. Cmq con un mare del genere andare in piscina lo trovo davvero assurdo! Compreso nel prezzo c'è un parcheggio circa di fronte l'hotel, molto stretto e scomodo per essere un parcheggio a pettine però.....Hanno cercato di recuperare più posti possibile, ma attenzione che in certi posti non si riesce nemmeno ad uscire dall''auto! La camera in sè alquanto da ridire: piccolissima, bagno cieco, molto poco rifinita nei dettagli, arredo vecchio, frigo che non sfredda, freezer inesistente, aria condizionata per l'amor del cielo (per fortuna non era caldissimo e abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte per far entrar aria), alla massima potenza un rumore insopportabile, se a potenza ridotta non usciva aria, inoltre lo split è dietro le tende di chiusura balcone, che, se chiuse, non permettono all'aria di passare, per cui totalmente inutile! Letto però comodissimo, materassi divisi e davvero comodi! Colazione buona, abbondante e varia, palacinke fresche ogni mattina, fino all'ultimo sempre ben rifornito il tutto! un pò più di dolce e meno di salato per noi italiani forse.... Mi avevano chiesto se ero intollerante a qualcosa, molto premurosamente, e lo sono al lattosio: mi avevano detto che si sarebbero preoccupati, invece la cameriera mi ha semplicemente detto che avrebbe potuto procurarmi latte senza lattosio....ma per tutto il resto avrei dovuto mangiare quello che c'era...no comment! Cena provata una sera soltanto, non male! Un pò di confusione perchè la sala è davvero tanto grande e a hotel pieno c'è il caos! Ma i camerieri sono gentili e numerosi. Pulizia generale buona, della camera così così......abbiamo fatto rifare la camera tre volte e, nonostante la signorina sia stata molto gentile e premurosa, la pulizia è stata alquanto superficiale! Da ridire sulla cameriera del bar esterno, una grandissima maleducata!!!!!!! Forse l'unica lì dentro perchè il personale è stato doc! Anche gli ascens

The hotel/resort is old and outdated. It needs serious deep cleaning. The whole room smelled like smoke, dust, and mold. Shower tub has orange stains from people leaving their shower bottles there. Our AC was not working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot - also very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The staff was very nice when checking in and out.

Our stay here was just horrid! When we pick a hotel, two things are our biggest requirement: air conditioning and parking. We research for these items. The Air Conditioning in our room couldn't cool a small bathroom never mind a small room. We complained to the desk. They sent up a technician and he looked at me with sweat dripping down my face and said it was working. It was not working. This was a nicer hotel than we usually stay at, and with the price we paid, all we wanted was a place to escape the heat and sleep in a cool room. Neither was provided here.

Very kind and helpful staff. The problem is that the elevators are small (in terms of space) and slow, and there are only 2 of them. Before we moved to H-Dražica we had been staying in V-Lovorka, there the toilet tank overflowed and there was a lack of soap at the very beginning. It was better in the Dražica hotel. But - the light in the bathroom was no longer lit at the end of the stay. I think there is a problem with the maids, especially they should inform the hotel management about the shortcomings more often. The devil is in the details. Otherwise great.

It was not a luxury resort but one with a 3* or 3.5* rating. However, the service they rendered was very good and totally satisfactory!!! All the staff even the manager of the hotel was attentive, courteous and friendly. There were ample parking and we always had a spot at the disabled slot. Their WiFi also works well. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with a mini bar and safe. It had a balcony that provided amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Our half-board (breakfast & dinner) was fine, nothing fancy yet good and it included unlimited non-alcoholic beverages plus local wine and beer. The pool unfortunately is quite small for a hotel that size! But anyway, it is merely just a few steps to the sea with refreshing, crystal clear waters. The utterly charming oldtown of Krk can be reach along a lovely promenade in just 10-15 leisurely stroll.. We actually found nothing to dislike except that it took forever to get an elevator during mealtime. For a hotel that size, mostly frequented by huge families, then it would be best to build 2 more...

The proximity to the sea. Sea view from the balcony. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous clean Adriatic see. Walking distance from old town Krk. Just magical

The hotel situated very close to the old part of the city, within 5 minutes walk on a beachfront pass among old spruce trees. The beach is right in front of the hotel - rocky with ladders to the sea, but there is a small shallow bay too with small pebbles. The view from the hotel and from the beach too is breathtaking, we received two large rooms on the 5th floor. The service staff was very polite and kind with us, the food selection was great and tasty, much better than we expected from a 3 star hotel, there was a range even when arrived at the last 30 minutes. The WiFi was available even at the beach. The pool with the slide was a bit cold for our children, maybe it’s because it is under the shade of trees until afternoon. Highly recommended!
