Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

El hotel está muy bien, es limpio y moderno, pero la ubicación está tranquila y poco lejos de las marcas (me pareció que la calle está vacía, no hay tiendas de ppl n) aunque se llevó 15 minutos a pie para llegar a las atracciones, pero casi nada que puedas comprar allí. Así que si usted busca un hotel que r conveniente, no será la mejor opción, pero el coeficiente de coste-eficacia está bien en este £ en cuanto a la limpieza n diseño moderno.

Hotel situado a dos minutos andando de la estación central de tren de Cracovia, ideal si vienes del aeropuerto o estás recorriendo el país en tren. En la propia estación de tren hay un enorme centro comercial con un montón de restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas. Desde el hotel al centro de Cracovia hay tan sólo 10 minutos andando y además, el paseo es seguro y cómodo ya que es una zona muy transitada al tener el centro comercial y la estación de tren. El hotel es correcto, habitación sencilla pero muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Servicio wiffi gratuito y rápido.  

La decoración del hotel es muy buena. Me gusta mucho, todo en la habitación es muy bueno. Es que el desayuno del hotel no cambia nada durante cuatro días, casi todos los días, es una parte insuficiente. Además, la ubicación del hotel está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad! Hay un problema con la estación de trenes en la puerta del hotel en estos dos días. Tengo que ir más a una estación 🙁

For a hotel whose main purpose is to service conference guests, it is unfortunate that the in-room WiFi connection is utterly unreliable and makes working impossible - the signal could not support any remote working. I had to use my non-Polish cell phone data as a hotspot for my laptop. This is a huge issue that really needs to be resolved for business guests ASAP. When I complained about this, I was told to use the executive lounge for a better connection - yet I can hardly inflict a 2 hour long Teams meeting on the other lounge guests. The hotel road access must also be mentioned - frankly the design is stupid. The single access lane with boom gate to the hotel is constantly blocked by a steady stream of taxis and food delivery cars. They park there while waiting for customers or to drop off food orders, so guests cannot enter and must wait around - on one occasion this was for 5 minutes and the driver was rude and aggressive when I politely requested he move and wait elsewhere. Breakfast at the Fifth Avenue restaurant is barely acceptable - I have had better free basic breakfasts at a Hampton Inn. The quality of the food is lacking, but also the poor preparation/cooking really stands out - e.g. undercooked, cold hash browns. The guy on the desk was obnoxious and acted like it was my fault my name wasn't on the list - even though my Honors loyalty status means I'm automatically entitled to breakfast as a benefit. Apparently I was to blame for a lack of communication amongst hotel staff. The restaurant itself was heaving with poorly behaved guests, children running around screeching and spilling liquids. The young wait staff was overwhelmed - needed tables were left uncleared. I had to do this myself, then ask twice for fresh cutlery/china. The quality of food from room service was equally sub-standard and disappointing. The parking ticket machine does not work. After wasting a ridiculous amount of time trying to pay for parking, I went inside to reception where the guy laughed and said 'Oh no, it doesn't work. Pay here at the desk'. Maybe put up a sign? Guests should be aware that the pool is shared with guests from the adjoining Hampton. Apparently it's not intended to be used by child free adults before 20:00 - the rest of the day it's taken over by noisy kids playing ball games who prevent actual swimming. If you need to withdraw money from the automatic teller machine - good luck doing this of an evening when the area is closed off and inaccessible. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable. Neither firm nor soft, just lacking in decent springs/support and in need of an update. The one positive was the evening happy hour at the executive lounge. Good quality options - goulash soup really good. The two male waiters very helpful and good at clearing and monitoring. Given the inconvenient location away from the city centre and the overall average quality of the hotel's offering, I've asked my company to avoid booking future stays

El hotel dispone de un restaurante tanto interior como exterior. Está bien. Por la noche, mucha gente compraba cerveza y la bebían en el patio del hotel. Es muy interesante experimentar el sentimiento del vecindario. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el transporte, las tiendas y los restaurantes son muy convenientes, muy cerca de la ciudad vieja.

Cerca del Tauron Arena y eso fue todo. Habitación limpia y ordenada. precio atractivo, ya que se ordenó casi en el último minuto. El desayuno sabía bien y podías elegir algo para todos los que les gustaba, gran variedad. el servicio también es muy agradable. gracias

El hotel está muy bien situado de los edificios principales de Cracovia, barrio judío , barbacana castillo, las habitaciones no son grandes , pero son cómodas y las camas y almohadas son muy confortables La recepción son muy amables y la limpieza es muy buena Transporte , está enfrente de la estación central y boca del tran Hay una galería comercial enfrente del hotel El único pero , no hablaba nadie español , pero con el traductor de Google se puede uno apañar

A good sized and well located hotel, it’s just a short stroll from the main train station and a few minutes’ walk to the old town. Décor wise it feels quite dated, both in the reception area and the rooms, but everything was clean, tidy and in full working order. The room was just about an adequate size, we had requested a twin which came with one double bed and one single, and there was little or no room to the side of each bed with one being up against the wall and one against the windows. Two singles would have worked a little better perhaps. There was also a small sofa and a small round table. The beds were very comfy and our room was facing on to the internal courtyard so no noise from outside at all, although being adjacent to the lift we did get a bit of noise from that, but nothing too intrusive. The temperature in both the room and the rest of the hotel was far too warm, quite hot in fact. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but using energy to both heat the room and then cool it seems ridiculous. The shower was on the small side, but hot and powerful. Other facilities included tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, TV and a safe. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet affair, with the only hot options being a frankfurter style sausage and scrambled egg. There was a good cold spread though, with meats, cheeses, tomato & mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and a few mixed up concoctions – presumably the Polish equivalents of coleslaw and potato salad, but whatever they were, they were quite pleasant, and also some cereals. What was very much lacking was any prepared fruit (just a few whole apples), yoghurts (none at all) and pastries (just bread and rolls). Overall, I thought this was a pretty good hotel given the price, it’s a very good location, staff were friendly enough and I’d have no problem with recommending it if you’re on a tight budget.
