Great hotel with a good breakfast choice the only let down was the shower in the room which was horrendous.The location is 5 minutes in a taxi to the main square which was fine as the taxis are cheap.Would definitely stay here again if the shower was better I know it sounds petty but it was ridiculous.

Great sized room with seating area, hob kettle iron and ironing board.. Large comfy bed.. Floor to ceiling windows which open in! Large tv but couldn't find any English channels (only wanted for background noise) fridge had a selection of items to purchase.. 2 cans of sparkling water complimentary along with tea coffee and sugar. Shop on the corner for milk etc. Breakfast good selection of hot and cold (beans only served once to hubby's dismay) 20 minute flat walk to the main square or tram stop directly outside. Can't comment on sauna spa as never used. All staff we came across friendly and helpful. Late flight home 12 o clock check but baggage area behind reception. Lovely place!

I would never stay there again. They make breakfast with all pork. If you Aks to make it better so they won’t do any changes. Food in restaurants is so boring. And the housekeeper even don’t understand that they must change the glasses. They wash it there! It’s not their fault but hotel is definitely 3 star maximum.
And when you come people in resection don’t say hello to the guests. The channels only in polish! It’s like polish people live there only. This is so bad!
The only positive I can say about it is that the spa is amazing. I would do it again. But live there - never!
I came to AC Marriott. It’s really hight class 4 star hotel!

Very disappointed that there were a lot of items not available at breakfast. Sevices ended early. The room was cold. Considering these problems the price should have been lower.

This place is a joke We arrived yesterday and no bar open We arrived back after 12 hours on tours to be told at 8.45 that the bar was closing Theirs no bar open even tho they told us yesterday that it would be open today Poor hotel and terrible staff

Great hotel near main square only 5 min ride on tram which is right outside hotel (very cheap 38p Pp) hotel is lovley very clean and rooms great we had a superior room with huge bed and lounge area with comfy sofa - tea and coffee facilities and also ironing board and iron in cupboard. Bed comfy slept well no noise at all. Towels changed every day and Always came home to tidy room Reception were helpful We had breakfast included in our stay lots to choose from the only thing lacking was a toaster which would have been ideal We ate at the restaurant the first night - that was the only downfall was hit great at all food very disappointing Apart from that we had a great stay - booked excursions through Viator very easy Visit the main square loads of food and bars to choose from

Very good hotel for a city break in Krakow. The hotel is about 30 minute walk from the city centre or you can get there quicker using the tram. Overall, the hotel was in a good location close to Schindler's Factory museum and Jewish quarter. The room was huge and nicely furnished with a comfortable double bed. The room I was given had a kitchenette. The only downside was that I think they should install a safe in the rooms just for peace of mind. The breakfast was very good with cereals, breads, scrambled egg, sausage and bacon and a good selection of hot/cold drinks. The sauna and steam room was a good feature for rainy days. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for a city break and I would visit again one day.

Fantastically clean hotel, staff were excellent, extremely helpful throughout the booking process & on arrival. Located in a great position, we walked to the main square which is about 1.5m away, however you can take in the Jewish Quarter en route. Adjacent to the hotel, a few steps away is the Ghetto Hero’s square with the chairs you may have seen, very poignant. Just around the corner about 500m is Schindlers Factory. A tram stop if right outside.

Fantastic location for walking round the whole city, Old Town, Jewish Quarter Trams right outside too. From check in to check out everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, spacious, little kitchenette with full size fridge and hob, kettle etc Breakfast was delicious, great choice all beautifully presented (self service, buffet style) We had a breakfast bag one day as we had an early excursion, extremely generous and was enough for breakfast and lunch. Friendly and reasonably priced bar, also a decent outside space to sit for drinks in the better weather. Would definitely return to this property, we booked flight and hotel with Easyjet and flew from Gatwick, 30 minutes on a private transfer from Krakow Airport to the hotel.
