Gelli Apartments

Stayed for our 3rd time here at Gelli Apartments on the beautiful island of Kos. It just gets better and better everytime. We stayed in the economy apartment's which are basic but that's fine has everything we need, if needed anything I'm sure Pete, (the owner), will do what he can to help. Pete is an amazing passionate person who wants your holiday to be special and does his best to cater for his guests. Thank you Pete for your fantastic hospitality, until next year, Yammas ❤️

Excellent apartment fully renovated and equipped, clean and with amazing bed mattress! The location is excellent, close to the center of kos but also in a quiet spot. Definitely recommended!!! Our place to go for our next vacation in Kos!

I don’t think I could speak more highly of our stay at Gelli Apartments. From start to finish it was perfect. The hotel is incredibly clean, with modern rooms. We had a balcony with a lovely view. The grounds of the hotel are well-kept and the facilities clean. The star of the show and our highlight of the trip had to be the owner Pete. He goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. He takes his time to find out what you want to see / do whilst in Kos and will make recommendations on this - we explored all of the island based on his recommendations and had the best time doing so. Pete organised our rental buggy and our boat trip ensuring we used the best services Kos has, both of which I could not fault. I feel we got so much out of our trip because of Pete - he knows what he is talking about! I would recommend Gelli Apartments to anyone, a perfect stay.

Absolute gem of a place just a 15 minute stroll from Kos Town. Set uphill from the town in a lovely quiet area, Gelli Apartments are beautiful! We were in the refurbished apartments and the attention to detail was incredible. Clean, well designed, loads of space, modern, lovely big comfy bed, black out curtains...all the things that are important to us. Pete the owner was amazing and super helpful arranging car hire and booked us a fabulous restaurant in Zia. We carried his Magic Map everywhere...he tells you all the best places and restaurants to visit!! I have been recommending this place to everyone!

Typical basic greek room. Fine and sufficient. Could do with a toaster. Beds seemed standard to me. I assume its different in the refurbished rooms. Will consider returning. Pool and bar next door are nice. Greek night worth it.

Fantastic stay at Gelli apartments!! We were in Kos at a big all inclusive and decided to stay on for 3 more days, wishing to stay near Kos town in an apartment so we could see more of the ‘real’ Kos. We made the perfect choice selecting Gelli. Pete the owner was fantastic, contacted us before we arrived and the welcome was warm and informative giving us info on where to eat and drink, the sites and any trips we could take. The accommodation is outstanding, very modern, has all amenities needed and brand new comfy beds. The pool area is great, and offers a bar and snacks. All staff are so friendly and there’s a lovely vibe to the area. Kos town is only a 10 minute walk away but Pete dropped us off each night, thanks! We were so pleased we decided to stay on and felt the last part of our trip was more enjoyable and authentic because of Pete and the Gelli apartments!! 5 stars

From the second we arrived to the second we left, Pete was an absolute legend. He quite literally made mine and my girlfriends holiday with how he was throughout the holiday. He even set off fireworks for my birthday as a surprise. On arrival he spent 30 minutes with a map showing us all the best places to go in Kos - words can't really do this place justice and Pete is a huge factor. The bar staff were also so kind and friendly. I would recommend to absolutely anyone!

We had the most amazing time at the Gelli Apartments - amazing host - really amazing friendly welcoming nothing too much trouble The shared pool and bar next door perfect Nice stroll into town and sea front Highly recommended

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate my special birthday and we were very happy with our stay The apartment was modern clean and comfortable and had been recently renovated The beds were comfy and the bathroom was lovely with a walk in shower We really appreciated having a full size fridge to store drinks and ice and enjoyed an evening drink on our balcony ( which had lovely views of the mountains and sea) The pool was a 2 min walk and provided a bar and good choice of well priced food.The staff were all lovely The apartment is about a 15 min walk into Kos old town so was ideal for us ( though our host insisted on driving us if he saw us walking )There was a small corner shop within 5 mins walk where you could buy essentials. Taxis home from Kos centre cost about 7 euros though we mainly walked The added value to staying here is without doubt our host Pete He was so very friendly and helpful and put the shine on our stay , Nothing was too much trouble. He very kindly marked my birthday with a lovely surprise . We ate at some great authentic restaurants and visited the better beaches following his recommendations It was good to have knowledgable trusted advise .I would defiantly recommend staying here
