The Silver Oak hotel is located at Bindu chowk, just opposite to Commerce college. Being on busy road it is very hard to get a parking area. We reached the hotel at 12:25 and checkin process took 15 minutes as the rooms are getting ready. The hotel rooms are clean but very small and even the bath area is also very Conjusted. It was raining the whole day and expected hot water, but there is no chance except warm water. There is no proper ventilation in the rooms. The service is average as there are no trained staff and one cannot expect more. North Indian and Punjabi food is available in the restaurant but the taste is average and needs a lot of improvement. We ordered harabara kabab which is out of taste and Veg Kolhapuri is too spicy. At the time of booking on phone they confirmed that Complimentary breakfast is available, but later they served Ala kata with limited menu. The lobby area is too small. The only advantage of this hotel is, it is 10 minutes walkable distance to Shri Mahalaxmi Temple. There are ***y hotels available nearby temple. Overall tourists can get better options with in the same budget.

Descent stay in the heart of the city. I loved its locality as it has ***y tourist spots within walking distance. Rooms are also good and not to forget its restaurant Vishwas serves very good Veg Food. Surely recommend this place for your stay in the city.

Stayed here in transit from mumbai to goa. Decent rooms but I got them for a very high price due to holiday rush. Food was reasonably good. Parking is problematic and you may have to park on a busy road. Staff is polite. Recommended if you get them at right price

Wonderful stay, Chandrashekhar who was handling the reception was courteous and humble and made our check in smooth . Each and every staff was receptive and supportive. Had a great stay. Definately recommend this place for a comfortable stay .

Most unhygienic room and washroom ! No great food, says wheat serves maida ! Taste wise very ordinary Staff very laid back, takes forever to service. Bad experience ! Money down the drain. Avoid
