We had the most amazing 3 days 2 nights spent at The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui and we are so glad we made the decision to stay here for our honeymoon. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and greatly appreciated. They have demonstrated outstanding service which truly made a difference. Their attentiveness and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Special mention to the Reservation Manager, Gine Castillo Aguenza and reception officer, Yady for their hospitality. Little touches such as the double room upgrade, bouquet of red roses, evening cocktail drinks at the lobby, cake in room, daily activities and the shuttle bus to Chaweng Beach did not go unnoticed and these are what made Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui so special! We look forward to returning in the near future!

This was our place to go whenever we visited Koh Samui. This is a small, quiet beach front boutique hotel. The staff have always been very friendly and will try their best to accommodate you. This visit we felt very unwelcome. Considering this was our 5th visit, and we were excited to be back in Koh Samui, I was expecting to have been welcome back in a nicer way. No, that did not happen. We found our bathroom was dirty, especially around the toilet, and immediately I contacted Reception, who sent someone to clean it and then asked if we wanted to change rooms. I asked why the toilet had not been cleaned in the first place, and they could not answer. I was so disappointed. I then started to notice other things that I was not happy about. We asked for the manager, who we know well and has always been very hands-on and always came to welcome us back when we returned for a visit, and they said they would send a message. The manager sent us a bottle of wine and an apology note. Well, that was very presumptuous of the manager because I don't drink!!! We returned the bottle!!! I eventually met the new manager, he's new from England. I did let him know how I felt and told him it was not very nice to step into an unclean bathroom. Excuse was they just done maintenance, I told him that's not my concern it should have been cleaned, and he accepted this should have been done. The hotel is looking very old and does not have the wow look anymore, and considering we've visited many times the hotel did have refurbishments in the room, the rest of the hotel definitely needs refurbishment. You would have thought this would have been taken care of during the lockdown. The sky roof in the breakfast area needs cleaning. The swim up bar the tile fell off and one of the guest had to show the staff member what had happened because it was sitting in the bottom of the pool which the guest went and pull up and gave to the staff member. So, to be honest it's a lovely hotel but the manager is an office person and does not really engage well with guests, which is a shame because for a small hotel he definitely needs to be ensuring his guest know who he is and to also welcome them back or thank them for visiting. He did, however, come and wave us goodbye, I suppose he's hoping we will be back. We are not sure we will visit again. We went and checked out another hotel and found other hotels charging the same and are much nicer. Changes bring better, but it did not happen on this occasion, unfortunately.

Ofrecieron comunicación por teléfono o por mensaje a través de una aplicación descargable, por lo que era fácil comunicar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades desde el cuarto o en el camino. La piscina frente a la playa es un poco pequeña y ideal para los huéspedes con niños, mientras que los adultos pueden utilizar salientes de la playa, alquiler de kayaks gratis, un gran bar y nadar en el mar. En resumen, esta habitación ofrece una perfecta mezcla de conveniencia, lujo y tranquilidad. ¡Que busque explorar la vida nocturna local o simplemente descansar en estilo, ofrece una experiencia excepcional. Espero poder volver en el futuro!

Los trabajadores de servicio son muy amables y la ubicación es buena. La habitación era muy oscura, podría haber estado más limpia y tenía una ventana que daba al área de estacionamiento del centro comercial al lado del hotel. Por lo tanto, es muy fácil que las personas vean dentro de su habitación si no cierra las cortinas (lo que obviamente hace que la habitación esté aún más oscura). Por este precio y la buena valoración actual de 4,5, esperábamos más. Este hotel se siente como un albergue con un precio de hotel. Estábamos felices de dejar este hotel después de 2 noches.

Está a unos diez minutos a pie del centro comercial Central. El desayuno es bastante rico, tanto occidental como tailandés. Vale la pena levant**** temprano para ver el amanecer en la playa de Chaweng. El gimnasio del hotel es relativamente pequeño. Si necesitas alquilar una moto, te recomiendo la primera tienda de motos a la derecha del hotel. Los coches son muy nuevos. Si los alquilas por un tiempo prolongado, puedes negociar por 250 baht/. día.Necesita presionar su pasaporte o licencia de conducir.

We came for our honeymoon we were amazed with the hotel view the staff also from nancy that she checked us in and explain in details every thing she also came with to the villa to make sure that everything was fine. Breakfast was amazing lucky was very very nice along with nat there service was amazing all the staff were very friendly the chef also are accommodating and smiling I will not forget also WK from sales she made sure that our honeymoon goes prefect Emmy helped us a-lot with all the information around the city she gave us a very good recommendations Iyan made sure to book for us in the jungle village even it was hard to find a place and also a transportation going to the massage in ritz and also to the restaurant The bogy driver nine very smily and accommodating every time taking us to the room or from the room Over all the staff of the hotel made our honeymoon very special thank you so much everyone

Masks se hospedó en Vena Belle antes en 2019. Fue la primera vez que me quedé en una habitación de la piscina con vista al mar ese año. Fue increíble y me dejó una profunda impresión. Esta vez volé directamente desde Europa con mi bebé a Bangkok y luego me trasladé a Samui al día siguiente (viajar con mi bebé por Europa todavía es agotador, así que ahora quiero relajarme en Koh Samui). Me quedé en Conrad los dos primeros. Días: la desventaja es que la ubicación es remota. ¡La ventaja es la invencible vista al mar al atardecer! Después de tres días, todavía elegí Vena Belle. En comparación con Conrad, la ventaja es que la ubicación es buena, la playa es buena y apta para tomar fotografías y es apta para nadar poco profundo en la playa. My daughter wanted to go somewhere really special to celebrate her 30th birthday and was interested in going to Thailand. Then she saw some photos of this hotel and it’s amazing views. After reading the reviews the decision was made. We were so excited and so hoped it would live up to everything we dreamed of. We had chosen a private pool villa and it was THE most amazing room with a private pool and outside jacuzzi in a beautiful garden. We felt like we were living in a dream. The big round inside jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was huge. On her birthday I had decorated our room and the staff matched the colours with petals on the bed and two cakes. One was made from towels the other was a delicious white chocolate one! The room was behind the main beach pool so we would get a buggy up to the lounge but we always chose to walk down the big hanging bridges back to the room. The views were stunning and the bridges and stairs looked so pretty lit up at night. We both visited the spa for treatments on her birthday which were very nice. We wanted to go to an ethical elephant sanctuary whilst in Thailand and the concierge booked us to go to Samui Elephant Kingdom. This was just a short drive from the hotel and was one of the high lights of our trip. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend it. The club lounge was where we had our daily afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés. The club staff were great they got to know us and knew my daughter liked the duck spring rolls. To her surprise they brought out two on a plate with candles in on her birthday whilst singing “happy birthday“. It’s the little things that make it perfect. I would like to thank you all for everything. I can only remember a few names, Lisa, Knowfang, Meen, Markey but you were all great. A special thank you goes to Dow. You were amazing, kind, professional, friendly and very helpful especially when the air con needed attention. I can’t thank you enough. I had wished we got to see you before we left to say it personally but it was your day off. All the staff from management to ground staff were professional, friendly, polite and always had a smile on their faces. The service was excellent. The hotel app was great. If you wanted anything you just sent a message and the response was immediate. We wanted different pillows they were there in 5 minutes. We asked for sun loungers for our garden again there in a few minutes. We had a problem with the air con and immediately the engineers came. I have never stayed anywhere with such great service. This hotel not only lived up to expectations it surpassed them. It really was like living in a dream. Thank you to all the staff for making this the perfect holiday. We will most definitely be back.
