Bad weather we decided to stop . Nice and clean no problems was waiting on waffles because of the commercial . One bad note found hair in my eggs . Lady came out and added more sausage to breakfast bar . No hairnet . Went to management and reported . But will stay again .

Adriana who handles breakfast was on it! One of the better continental breakfasts I've had in awhile.
The other staff are very polite and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I needed to switch rooms because I really needed a tub and they were waiting for me near the elevator with fresh keys so I wouldn't have to wait on them. They also helped me any time I needed to extend and made it super easy.
As someone who travels all the time for work, this was one of the best hotels I had been in. Very quiet, clean, hardly any traffic (even during the holidays), and a wonderful location close to the interstate but without being right on top of it. Also in a prime location for restaurants and entertainment.

clean, friendly staff, some remodeling underway, breakfst was good.
Downside is the pool is outdoors so can't use during cold weather months.

We were there 3 nights and our room was NEVER cleaned. I tried to speak to our housekeeper and she did NOT speak or understand English. I thought because they said the room would be cleaned every other day it would then be done but it wasn’t. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. I would probably not stay at a Hampton again.
