El personal no tiene quejas de higiene es 10/10 le dan más librerías que la mayoría de los hoteles definitivamente vuelven aquí. El inicio fue un poco largo que podían hacer con acelerar ese proceso. I visited the hotel together with my family to usher in the new year. Its a grand hotel, imposing to say. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. All the amenities required in the room are provided. There is a pool, a gym and a spa. I also saw apartments within the hotel. I loved the ambience, the decorations and the general outlook of the hotel. But I was disappointed by the food, we had booked on full board, so I expected a 5 star buffet spread for the new year's eve dinner and later accompanying fireworks and ushering new year in style. But what the hotel provided was simply below par in my opinion. The next day , breakfast was simply the usual nothing out of the ordinary. New year lunch was also just not okay. Overall, I loved the hotel but they failed me in the food section. I felt I didn't get value for money after paying an arm and a leg. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel because it is a beautiful place but the food department needs lots of improvement.
