We attended my friends wedding over the weekend. And to say the venue was breath taking was an understatement. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem. The food was 5 stars. Huge portions and so tasty. Would highly recommend for anyone to view this venue for their wedding

The waterfront room I was given was really special and indeed spectacular, with a veranda overlooking the lake (Loughderg). The food was first class and the girl who signed me in was as charming as she was attractive, and possessed a lovely sense of humour. So when you visit keep an eye out for Simone, she will make your stay a good one.

a beautiful place for a stay, my family and i stayed here for a Spring break, three lovely days. The hotel is old world and comfortable, staff are attentive and friendly, rooms are spacious and bright. Breakfast is a well stocked buffet and we were fortified for the day. The area itself is straight out of Darby o'gill and quaint as could be. Overall we loved it and will be back

We got married in the lakeside hotel on the 18th of April. We can not recommend it enough. Catherine and her team were brilliant on the day and couldn’t do enough for us. The food, decor and staff were absolute brilliant. The views for the ceremony were out of this world. Catherine and sinead are an absolute credit to the lakeside and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! I was told I was such a calm bride and that was because of Catherine. You couldn’t be In better hands!!! If we could it all again we would still choose the lakeside! Shannen and Joe.

Wonderful Hotel on the Shannon and two quaint towns either side of the River Shannon. Riverside Rooms are a splendid experience.

Amazing hotel and location. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Excellent restaurant reasonably priced and very family friendly. Excellent leisure facilities. Killaloe/ballina is a gorgeous area. Clean and untouched landscape. Really beautiful to escape hectic life and immerse in beautiful picturesque surroundings. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here many times and will stay again. Staff, hotel, location and food is fab. My only issue was with water temperature and pressure in my shower. It wouldn't deter me from staying again.
