The room was clean and cozy, just a bit noisy, but I apreciate that i made a mistake booking one day on advance of my arrival without aknowleging my mistake. They understood that and when i was leaving the day after( as i arrived at the hotel one day after the booking) they offered me to stay the second night for free

Resepsiyondan Kahvaltıya, Oda Temizliğinden diğer tüm hizmetlere tüm otel çalışanları sizin özellikle iyi zaman geçirmeniz için ellerinden geleni yapıyor, Otel ve odalar inanılmaz temiz covid kuraları harfiyyen uygulanıyor, ozellikle banyo ve tuvalet 5* biz 2 aile 2 farklı odada kaldık ve ve nadir bulunan bir temizlik anlayışı, hizmet anlayışı, zaten işle**ede sanırım bir aile işle**esi ve müşterilerini de aynen ailesi gibi ağırlıyor. Resepsiyondaki Mehmet bey özellikle bize çok yardımcı oldu

Excellent Hotel with excellent staff, Mehmet from reception staff has made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable one, ROOMS AND HOTEL ARE EXTRA CLEAN WITH ALL COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, breakfast is delicious with wide choices, everybody in the hotel including breakfast staff, housekeeping staff is excellent in their job. Will definetly stay here again in the near future

***et güzel bir oteldi temizlik ve hijyen iyiydi. İçeri girildiğinde hoş bir temizlik kokusu vardı. Banyosu beyaz olmasına rağmen her yer tertemiz gözüküyordu. Otelin konumu da g***t iyiydi. Önünde araba parkı için yerler mevcuttu. Tekrar kayseride şehir içinde kalıcak olsam tekrar git**yi tercih ediceğim otel. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve kibardı.

Çok kibar, saygılı ve ilgili çalışanları olan temiz, f/p oteli. Otel çok lüks veya yeni değil ama ***et yeterli çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık, her bir çalışana tek tek teşekkürler 🙏

Herşeyi ile memnun kaldığımız güzel bir otel. Temizlik, ilgi, otelin yeniliği, kahvaltısı herşeyi çok güzeldi. Yorumları okuyarak gittiğimiz ve pişman olmadığımız bir otel. 3 yıldızlı olmasına bakmayın pişman olmazsınız.
