Muy buena atención del todo el personal y muy cómodas y amplias las habitaciones . El desayuno muy bueno. Excelente ubicación del hotel, rodeado de negocios de indumentaria y accesorios de montaña y artesanías nepalíes. Enfrente un excelente lugar para tomar algo o una buena comida.

El hotel, muy lindo. Solo tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente , pero fue resuelto lo más rápido posible, todo siempre con una sonrisa. Tanto en la recepción como cada perdona que trabaja en el hotel, siempre atentos a hacer la estadía lo más agradable posible.

Un trato espectacular, todos son muy serviciales. Los cuartos y los espacios comunes son cómodos. Excelente juego ubicación, en Thamel rodeado de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y bares. El host encantador me ayudó mucho.

5 stars for customer service. The staff here arranged our EBC trek and a trip to Chitwan for us while we were in Thamel. They also booked us a tour of Kathmandu and a massage when we got back from our trek! If there is anything you need or want to do, the staff here will make sure it happens. They also will store your luggage safely while you are away. Loved the flexibility. The shower was hot and the room satisfactory, especially for the affordable price. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants you could want. I do recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Thamel is extremely noisy- I don’t think this is something you can avoid if you are staying in this area.

Good for value hotel in the middle of commercial district with clean rooms. Friendly staff with very helpful and accommodative manager. Will definitely recommend this hotel to stay if you visit Kathmandu.

Very comfy after chaotic schedule, staffs is very friendly and very efficient. Pleasant stay definitely will come again and recommend to my friends. I love their interior designs, big spaces, clean and small balcony to hang out.

Excellent value for the price. We had everything we needed (outdoor shops, bike shops/repair, food, groceries, gadget shops) within walking distance. The included breakfast is good, with a moderate number of choices. They have clean rooms, adequately sized, and a nice and spacious patio which served us well since we had bikes to assemble and repair. Most of all, the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Karma Gurung, the manager, even personally walked us to the nearest hospital when my partner had an arrhythmia attack. He stayed in the hospital until we told him we were ok, and checked on us repeatedly afterwards. Even the guards asked to know how my partner was doing. The lobby staff were also very helpful, and would attend to our questions and other needs. We thank our tour operator for booking us in this hotel because we might not have found it on our own. It sits a little bit hidden in an alley in the middle of Thamel, but this is a good thing, because it means it's out of the usual noise and traffic of the bustling district. We definitely recomment staying here.
