Situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary this hotel is in an old style building and require some improvements.
The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day.
The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food.
We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

Недорогой отель в самом центре. Отличный сервис. Свежий аутентичный ремонт в старинном здании. Парковка дорогая 20 евро, но такая цена везде в центре города. Завтраки 8 евро, шведский стол, понравилось.

酒店就在卡羅維發利的中心，所有景點都可以步行到達。風景特別的棒。就是自駕過去停車比較麻煩，停車場去老城大概步行10分鐘左右。

I stayed there for 3 days in March 2024 and was pleasantly surprised about how good it was in every aspect. The room was big and clean and warm with balcony facing the main street in Karlovy. The breakfast was great. The bathroom was modern with instant hot water in the shower. There was cozy athmosphere and music in the breakfast room. This hotel is old but well maintained and good looking inside and out. The staff was friendly and check in and check out was fast and easy. There is plenty of hiking trails around Karlovy Vary. Just leave the hotel and in couple of minutes you are on those trails. The location is top and the value for money could not have been better. Probably my best stay ever anywhere in the world considering the price and I have travelled a lot and for over 40 years now.

I had an absolutely horrendous time with this hotel. My experience from beginning to end was one of rude and unhelpful staff. The customer service was nowhere to be found and they are all in all a very unprofessional outfit. As a result of their poor service I was forced to move to the Savoy Westend Hotel which is impeccable, with clean rooms, excellent facilities and friendly staff. I would certainly recommend staying there (or anywhere else) instead of here.

Make arrangements for parking in advance! GPS has difficulty with directions… lovely property. Excellent linens..Great location!

Arrived at hotel and it was locked. Number to ring on door to contact manager but it did not work, luckily someone came who made us wait outside until he rang the manager to come to us, he was there within 5 mins but it was still a bit strange. Had 1 coffee pot in the room for expresso machine, no milk. Made coffee on day 1 and it was cold, Coffee or milk was never replenished.
Companion who had separate room on some days never had his bed made and no clean towels.
Was also i little noisy at times from 5.30 in morning.
Other than these points it was clean and a good location.
We also found the locals quite abrupt and unfriendly.
