Una estancia bastante tranquila en Kandy, con una casa entera para nosotros imagino que debido a la poca afluencia de turistas debido a la situación actual del país. Las habitaciones muy elegantes y cómodas aunque un poco sobrias. La piscina "privada" (la compartíamos con otra familia) no estaba mal pero el agua un poco fría. El entorno precioso y cuidado, con mucha vegetación. El servicio fue casi impecable, excepto por una pequeña confusión con el número de teléfono que nos proporcionaron y que resolvimos llamando a recepción. El buffet del hotel fue lo mejor reseñable. La comida no estaba mal, pero en comparación a otros hoteles que vimos en la isla (imagino que de mayor categoría) era poco variada y un poco sosa. Aún así cenamos y desayunamos bien. Las vistas desde la piscina y el bar del hotel son maravillosas. La decoración del hotel también llama mucho la atención, y está hecha con mucho gusto.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The food is also good and on time.The villa is really beautiful ,they have transport facilities as well.clean and comfortable accommodations.Hope to go there again

We booked this for 2 nights in March and fully paid , the booking was confirmed. When we arrived, the manager first pretended that he wasn't expecting us. Then he lied and said that he had emailed and cancelled the reservation. I would AVOID this place, despite the good reviews. You just might find you have no reservation at all. This is the only time in Sri Lanka I felt badly treated. We ended up in another hotel nearby, that wouldn't have been the type of place we would choose. Terrible 'customer service'!

This place was heaven. We spent two days in this paradise. The Villa is spacious and just marvellous, the views are amazing, and the service extraordinary. All staff were very helpfull, but a special note must be made to Suranga. He provided top service, anticipated every need, and he did it all with a friendly smile. Furthermore he told a lot about local food and customs. We feel blessed that we got to spend to nights in this accomodation.

I went there with my wife for 2 nights. Booked room from Deluxe Bungalow. Room is bit small but very clean.. nice environment.. lots of view points. Outstanding Buffet from Amaya Hills. Very special thanks to Suranga who handled us a lot. From minor staff (Gardner etc ..) to the managemnt very good attitude and welcoming. best wished for future !!

The best experience ever. Amazing bungalow with beautiful views surrounding. The gardens are well maintained and picturesque. All around a beautiful location with your own private pool. The staff were very hospitable and kind. We truly had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

Very very disappointed . The so called Boutique Villa (Hotel ) is actually a 4 Bedroomed Villa . We occupied two of them and maybe we would have had to share with someone else . The villa is located about half a kilometre from the main hotel, Amaya Hotel . If you want to order room service then there is a one hour wait or you have to walk uphill to the restaurant . Another option is to ask for a vehicle which may take thirty minutes (they promise it is 10 m ) The view from there is spectacular , but thats where everything ends. Breakfast spread is average ; but the people are very good and helpful. There is nothing to do except stay in your room and fret . Internet is almost non existant as reception is probably the worst I have ever witnessed . There is just no connection available
