Estuvimos dos días en nuestro viaje de luna de miel. Es un hotel muy especial, con solo 9 habitaciones, espacios muy cuidados. Todo muy limpio. El servicio es excelente, todos son muy amables y se preocupan porque tu experiencia sea perfecta. Desayuno y cena deliciosos. Muy recomendable.

Aquí hemos pasado dos de las mejores noches del viaje. El hotel está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, y el trato del personal es exquisito. Todos se encargan de que tu estancia en el hotel sea la mejor experiencia posible, por ejemplo, Saman fue fantástico. La comida del restaurante de las mejores que hemos probado. Sin duda repetiríamos mil veces

Nos alojamos en este hotel una noche durante nuestro viaje de novios. Es un hotel muy exclusivo y pequeñito situado en uno de los montes alrededor de Kandy. El personal es espectacular, muy atento y servicial. Tiene una piscina infinity con bonitas vistas al atardecer. La comida tradicional (curry, hoppers…) es muy sabrosa y de calidad. En resumen, un precioso lugar cerca de Kandy donde aloj**** en un viaje para recordar.

Luxury stay nestled in the hills of Kandy. The room was excellent - the service, both at the room and dining - was impeccable. Subtler nuances - extra water in the room, cleaning of the bathroom without being asked to do so, excellent quality of the extra bed - absolutely top notch. The food was delicious. Scratching my head to dig out improvement areas - perhaps the pool ladder could be a little less 'loose', one of the blinds in the room was 'slipping' when pulled, the shaving razor/creamer were not replaced once... In all, an absolutely no brainer - go get pampered!

A very easy place to be with wonderful Sri Lankan hospitality. Our room was amazing and super comfortable with lots of space and amazing views of the trees and the monkeys were very entertaining. The food was great! The Sri Lankan curry was delicious and huge!

Fabulous place to stay. Great food, service excellent. Room was a dream, very private and surrounded by beautiful plants. Animals and birds abundant. A real. Retreat from the hustle of Kandy only minutes away. Can’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed for one night in April whilst travelling through sri lanka and wished we had booked longer! The property is in a spectacular setting with one of the best panoramic views and incredibly peaceful whilst being conveniently located close to kandy city centre. The staff were all so attentive and friendly and the turn down service was a particular highlight! We could not recommend this hotel more, felt like a home away from home 💜

We are a family of six with four kids aged 8, 10, 12 and 14 and traveled Sri Lanka for 13 days. The Kings Pavillion was our third hotel - and, unfortunately, the least excellent one during our holidays. The service was fine and friendly but not as welcoming and heartful as in other destinations. One morning, we had a really tight timing and let every one know in advance so the staff could prepare (we wanted to pre-order which we were told was not necessary). When we arrived at 7 am for breakfast as announced - no one was there and it took another 15 minutes before we could finally start breakfast. We had two junior suites; they were perfectly clean and we really liked the animal towel contructions! :-) However, there was only one small cupboard in our room with no room for hanging longer clothes, like dresses. The food was good but not exceptional - small surprise: butter and jam for breakfast were single-packed products. We did expect more in a 5 star hotel (which was confirmed by what we got in other places we stayed).
