It was a bad week for this property. One elevator was out of service. Staff was stretched thin and undertrained. It took considerable pressure to get our clearly unacceptable room changed, even though the desk knew it was unacceptable when they put us in it. After 3 phone calls, we got a new room at 11:30 pm and moved with no offer of assistance or apology. The next morning the manager was ”in a meeting” when I asked to speak with her, and again later when our tour manager did. As noted elsewhere, the restaurant is only open limited days and hours. There are others nearby, but meals may take some planning if you have an early departure. On a one-night return a week later, the elevator situation was solved, and our room was ok. But this property has a way to go to meet the standards set by Sheraton and its room prices.Show less
