Pullman Xishuangbanna Resort

La primera vez que vine a Xishuangbanna, elegí Pullman. El servicio es muy bueno, especialmente la Sra. Wu en la recepción, quien manejó mis operaciones de renovación y mudanza. Cálido recordatorio de que la tarjeta de la habitación está muy satisfecha. Vendré la próxima vez.

Visitamos durante la temporada baja, pero el servicio aún era encantador y atento a los detalles. Lo pasé muy bien en el Pullman (¡la mejora de habitación gratuita fue increíble!) Y lo recomendaría cuando visite Xishuangbanna

El hotel está en Sunac Resort. Heidi lo recibirá cuando se registre. Es una belleza muy cariñosa y responsable que responderá todas las preguntas y dará su opinión de manera oportuna. Debido a que el maquillaje retrasó la hora de salida, retrasé la salida hasta las cuatro en punto, ¡lo que realmente me conmovió! Pullman realmente tiene el servicio primero, ¡especialmente Heidi es genial! Sigue ~

Ubicación: Ubicado en Sunac Resort, todo el complejo es un pequeño parque. Se tarda sólo 20 minutos en tomar un taxi hasta el mercado nocturno de Gaozhuang Xingguang; A 10 minutos se encuentra el único Starbucks en Xishuangbanna Servicio: Dado que el paquete incluye recogida y devolución gratis, llamé al hotel con anticipación y el hotel cuenta con personal dedicado para contactarnos y hacer un seguimiento de nuestros comentarios durante nuestra estadía, lo cual es muy bueno. Hardware: La piscina exterior hace burbujas todos los días de 14:00 a 17:00. Por la tarde, el personal organiza juegos de salpicaduras de agua en la piscina. Los niños se divierten super. Durante este viaje, sentí que el paisaje en Xishuangbanna era muy hermoso. ¡La gente era muy sencilla y entusiasta y se enamoró de Xishuangbanna!

Cuando vine a Banna para un viaje entre padres e hijos, hice una reserva para el lugar escénico económico de Gaozhuang en los primeros tres días. En los próximos dos días, quería experimentar un mejor ambiente hotelero. Ctrip revisó y recomendó a Pullman, centrándose en elogiar al gerente de servicio al huésped Zhao Li Vicky. El servicio es muy bueno. Básicamente, es necesario ayudar a resolver el problema a la primera. El hotel es bueno en general, el desayuno es rico y el almuerzo también es delicioso. Lo único es que ha llovido en estos dos días. Las instalaciones de juego del hotel están todavía a cierta distancia de la habitación. Necesitas un paraguas para llegar allí. Otros Todos están muy bien y se recomiendan.

We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it. Pro: The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”. + The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort + Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast + The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days). + Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it Cons: General: - The service level was not good at many places of the hotel: - No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage - No shuttle service to public spaces - In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week) - The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning - The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture) The pool service is poor for many reasons: - You cannot order any food or drink at the pool; - They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs - The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat - The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun - The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one…

Beautiful hotel family friendly. The service was outstanding and would like to thanks Miss Viva for all the help and care. She made sure all our needs were met for a perfect stay. We will be back and can only recommend this hotel in xishuangbanna.

Great location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.
