El hotel está situado en un ambiente increíble, en medio de la naturaleza, rodeado de árboles y un río.
El servicio es excepcional y Fiona, el gerente del hotel, es muy amable y va a un millón extra para que los huéspedes se sienten bienvenidos.
La piscina del hotel también fue muy agradable y bien mantenida.
La cena en el restaurante del hotel y la comida era deliciosa y servida con cuidado.
Sugiero que este hotel se vaya a Jinghong para vacaciones.

El día anterior al quinto y un día, los precios de las habitaciones alrededor estaban aumentando sorprendentemente, este hotel es realmente bueno, el precio también es adecuado, aunque el desayuno es simple, pero saboroso, llevando a los niños, la piscina es muy limpia para los niños, mucho más limpia que la piscina compartida por cientos de personas en el cuento, y agua viva.

El Xiang Xiang Xiang Xiangcheng es un hotel muy excelente. Está situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero no en la zona urbana de Zhuang, el ambiente está tranquilo, el aire fresco, el diseño del jardín está lleno de estilo asiático sudoriental, muy adecuado para relajarse. La piscina del hotel es grande y limpia, la calidad de la agua es limpia, hay espacios de descanso, y otras instalaciones acompañantes alrededor, que permiten a la gente disfrutar de la diversión de nadar. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, está equipada con calor, camas confortables y una excelente experiencia de alojamiento. Además, el servicio del hotel es muy atento y el personal siempre sonríe para recibir a cada invitado y hace sentirse como invitado. Esta gente es maravillosa! El entorno es hermoso! La ubicación del cuarto es hermosa! Las instalaciones están completas, la ubicación es muy cómoda y el transporte es muy conveniente! El hotel amigable que viaja por la familia, el pequeño jefe es muy amable, aunque el estacionamiento es muy poca, pero es un lugar para ocupar cada día. También puede organizar la transmisión/estación, muy cerca del mercado de la luz de la noche de las estrellas, a 100 metros. Pero la mañana y la noche son muy tranquilos. También es conveniente caminar por la mañana. Y hay mucho que comer en la zona.

地理位置：絕佳！聽網上建議説不要住在告莊，又吵又臟又亂，真的聽對了，非常幸運選到了這裏，遠離喧囂、出行方便！如果是包車或自駕，非常推薦這裏，距離各個景點、曼閣水果批發市場、機場高鐵站都不遠，又不擠又不堵！我們是打車出行，也非常方便，半小時內都能到！周邊有融創茂、有度假區，附近還有兩家超好吃的餐廳（狀元樓石鍋魚、勐海傣味燒烤）一併推薦給同樣幸運能夠訂到這裏的你們，不要太local，並且超好吃（比告莊遊客區強太多啦，告莊真的踩到好多雷，我不太喜歡逛那裡）民宿在別墅區裏，主打一個舒適休閑遊，能體驗到真正的西雙版納慢生活！
設施：老闆是一位知性優雅、親切可愛的重慶阿姨，近幾年移居到了西雙版納養老，自己也住別墅裏，所有房間設施都是家裡自用標準，品質真的很好，九牧的洗手池、高端酒店的化粧鏡拖鞋、智能的馬桶和家居、厚實的房門和窗户…並且很有設計感，簡約漂亮，不管長者年輕人都會喜歡這裏，因為真的有家的感覺，而不是酒店或出租屋的廉價感～對了，二樓有兩個洗衣機可以洗衣服，露台、閣樓和院子都可以晾曬，這裏乾的很快～
服務：阿姨也會自己做早飯，重慶米粉、小米粥、皮蛋瘦肉粥、玉米、雞蛋，鹹菜，變着花樣弄，晚上還有切好洗好的水果，真的好貼心，有媽媽的感覺，旅遊在外感受到被照顧真的好感動～阿姨還會每天喊我們空了一起喝茶聊天，是個很可愛活得很通透的阿姨，有問題有需要都會幫忙解決，主動詢問和提供接送站～
衞生：乾淨、清爽、整潔，阿姨説毛巾床具都是她自己洗的，非常乾淨香香的，我們也會盡量自覺保持整潔，就像在自己家一樣～

Me sorprendió la vista del hotel. Puedes ver todo el pueblo de Xinghong con el desayuno. Me siento bien. Desde el paseo de los lados, la gente se siente tranquila y relajada. Principalmente hay una piscina sin bordes, ni los niños adultos ni los niños quieren subir, muy bien. La próxima vez que vengan a ver la edición, todavía vive aquí

El hotel está en el aviso, estacionamiento gratuito, caminar por los minutos a pie al mercado de la noche de la luz, la ubicación es muy excelente, porque el entorno está caliente, el ruido relativo será mayor, los lugares de atracción y comida cercanos son muy cercanos, el precio de la temporada de otoño 200+ es muy alto!!!

La habitación es muy limpia, las instalaciones están completas, puedes tomar sopa privada en la habitación o cocinar el caliente público, y el caliente cambia de agua muy limpia todos los días.

UUsuario invitado這裡有一些深度遊活動，帶孩子就報名了去雨林徒步的路線，價格蠻合理的，也不貴！大概晚飯的時間出發去到基諾山裡集合分配頭燈手電，嚮導講解一些注意事項後我們就出發了，很有意思，一路上爬山爬樹，看各種昆蟲，而且還是一個很大的植物科研基地很有可玩性，力薦力薦！！老闆親力親為，鼓勵我們參加。極力推薦下次還會選擇

餐品有玉米，地瓜，還有本地的米粉，味道還不錯。
前台服務人員的服務態度好，退房時還貼心詢問是否需要多帶兩瓶水。
美中不足的就是酒店處於景區晚上10:00左右依然會有吵鬧KTV的聲音，以及酒店的熱水水壓一般水量和五星酒店還是不能比的。

NNayiRealmente despejar este hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. La ubicación del centro de la ciudad es la entrada del mercado de la noche a la luz. Al lado hay restaurantes, frutas, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas de comidas y panaderos. El hotel está muy bonito, la habitación es muy grande y limpia, hay un gran balcón allí, hay lavavajillas frigoríficos, TV y ventiladores de pequeños arrozes, la cama es un pantallaje de lama, el aire acondicionado es muy fuerte. Los productos de lavabo son húmedos, lavadora de manos es la luna azul, y lavadora de lavar y desinfección de agua son Whistlers, el baño también tiene una cubierta de caballo, lavavajillas de la mina de agua infinitamente gratis, los mayores de la familia están muy satisfechos con la habitación, el precio de menos de 300 por noche es demasiado alto. UUsuario invitadoThe location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example.
The bed and pillows are comfortable.
Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying.
Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep.
The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example.
Breakfast.... ”we don't have this, we don't have that” then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying.
Overall, wouldn't recommend it.

JJeffreyPREl hotel Xishuangbanna Jinghong Jimu River View es increíble. Ubicado a orillas del río, ofrece el mirador perfecto para ver el atardecer y las vistas nocturnas. Puedes ver el puente que cruza el río Mekong y los edificios de la orilla opuesta, bellamente iluminados con luces de colores, una vista realmente impresionante. El hotel también está cerca de puestos de comida ambulantes y tiendas de alimentos y frutas justo debajo del edificio. El mercado nocturno está a solo 10-15 minutos a pie, lo que hace que esta ubicación sea ideal.
Las instalaciones y servicios, que incluyen aire acondicionado, tetera, secador de pelo, piscina, recogida en el aeropuerto, desayuno, zapatillas (¡se cambian a diario!), toallas, lavadora (¡esto me sorprendió!), cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, papel de seda y más, son excelentes, mejores que otros hoteles en los que me he alojado. ¡Es esencialmente un hotel inteligente! Hay una IA Xiaodu (como Google Alexa o Siri) para ayudarte a gestionar las funciones de la habitación, como abrir y cerrar cortinas, encender y apagar las luces y controlar la música. ¡Es muy innovador! Sin embargo, actualmente solo admite mandarín. El baño cuenta con un inodoro automático con descarga automática, un asiento con calefacción y un bidé automático. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que no hay puerta ni partición entre el inodoro/baño y el dormitorio, por lo que es un diseño abierto. Si comparte la habitación con amigos u otras personas que no conoce bien, tenga esto en cuenta para mantener la privacidad.
El personal aquí es amable y servicial, aunque su inglés es limitado. Hacen todo lo posible por utilizar herramientas de traducción, lo cual se agradece y funciona bien.
El desayuno se sirve de 8:00 a 10:00, por lo que si desea disfrutarlo, es necesario despertarse temprano, ¡jaja! La comida es sencilla y se inclina más hacia el estilo chino que hacia el occidental, con opciones como fideos, pasteles, verduras salteadas, leche de soja, leche fresca y sandía.
En general, ¡califico este hotel con 10/10! Los pocos detalles menores que mencioné son fáciles de pasar por alto, y el precio es asequible y razonable. ¡No encontrará otro hotel como este en ningún otro lugar! No dudes en hacer de este hotel una parte memorable de tu viaje: ¡no te arrepentirás!

AAlexanderThe hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

SStanley The Travel ManThe room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ?
The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available.
I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad.
One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service.
I also like the tea as my parting gift.
I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.

HHuangAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
