前台的小哥哥小姐姐簡直把貼心刻進了服務裏！一進門就主動幫忙提行李，説話帶着春風般的笑意，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊～房間裏藏着超大驚喜——一張質感高級的按摩椅靜靜候在窗邊，睡前躺上去按個15分鐘，緊綳的肩頸被温柔揉捏，連夢都變得輕飄飄的～ 晚間門鈴輕響，打開門發現是裝在竹編託盤裡的精緻果盤，這種被默默記掛的感覺太暖了！整個空間更是處處透着舒心：暖色調燈光搭配簡約的原木傢俱，光着腳踩在兩種顏色各異的拖鞋上，都覺得像是被柔軟的雲朵託着走～ 最讓我驚喜的是7樓的自助洗衣房！一整排透亮的滾筒洗衣機和烘乾機整齊排列，掃碼就能啟動，連洗衣液準備好，再也不用為換洗衣物發愁～從硬件到服務，這裏就像一個裝滿了“心想事成”的魔法盒子，你剛在心裏冒出“要是有…就好了”的念頭，轉身就發現它早已妥帖地安排在了那裡，連細節都閃着温柔的光～這樣的住宿體驗，真的讓人想把每一處感動都寫成小作文分享給全世界！ 也是第一次這麼用心的去評論！

The hotel is new and comfortable. The location is central, easy to access nice restaurants and cafes.  There is even a small fitness space that does not seem fully functional (I still used it).  Only complaint is front desk staff seemed uninterested and uninspired. After check in they did not lift their heads to any guests nor offer too much help when asked questions.  If hardware is sufficient, this is the place.  I hope that the staff, however, can smile more and be more hospitable.

難得在吉隆鎮有這麼舒適的酒店，獨立坐落於一個小山谷，很安靜，原先訂的標間，實地看房感覺面積有些小，補差價換成套房，有個大陽光房，喝茶休息很好；房間設施有個小缺陷，衞生間沒有毛巾桿很不方便，實際空間足夠安裝的；酒店餐廳有家常菜，味道及性價比不錯。整體感覺不錯，好評！

房間床鋪是乾淨衞生的，有電梯，酒店周邊很多食店超市，我們到達的時全鎮停電，有些店鋪是有備發電機的，看來停電在這裡是司空見慣 有問題的是這個店的水質，水質也不是服務員能改變的東西，見到這樣的水質我連刷牙都不敢用（酒店忘了給放一次性牙刷，但我自己備有，這問題不大），第二天早上也是一樣水質，用礦泉水洗了臉 不推薦入住
