Es muy adecuado para nuestra familia de tres vivir aquí. La casa tiene más de 60 metros cuadrados, se puede cocinar y la calefacción también es muy cálida. Para ser precisos, esto no es un hotel sino un apartamento suite.

Cuando fui al booking del hotel,me fueron otra habitación en un hotel cercano de muy mala categoría, al volver al día siguiente me dijeron que no había desayuno,cuando si estaba pagado. Desayunaba y en varias ocasiones el pan estaba duro del día anterior.Asi que el servicio deficiente

Poor management. Missed room service a few times during our 1 week stay. Moved us by force from a room to another saying that the first room was reserved for someone else?!?! Will never go back to Sultanahmet Suites. There are better options in the same area.

the only thing we didn't like, is the fact that we were taken to another bedroom the first night., not what we paid for..the next day we were taken to the room we booked..it was clean and tidy close to everything we wanted to visit

Our stay at Sultanahmet Suites was great! We were looking for a flat for our stay since we are a little family. The flat was equipped with a large comfy bed, 2 sofa-beds, full kitchen and a living room. The place was clean. The area was right in the old town area with walkable distance to the Blue Mosque, Agia Sofia and Basilica Cistern which was great for us. There is an amazing variety of affordable/good quality places to eat right at the corner of the hotel. Same for basic grocery places and even a small local supermarket.
The flat was not fancy looking but definetly cozy and an excellent value for money.

Thank you for everything we did enjoy it hotel room was very clean worker was have very good smiling they did help a lot you will come back definitely I love so much Istanbul Location of Şavaş great everywhere very new to us we are thinking to come back end of the yeas if I will arrange holiday

We arrived to an office. We were then taken to another building about 10 mins walk with our luggage through busy traffic. We were not provided with the room we booked which was a queen room with sea views. There was a damp smell in the rooms like the air conditioned filters had not been changed. there was mould in the shower room. we told the person that these were not the rooms we had booked. But the reply was these are the only rooms available. the three rooms we booked were on three floors connected by a steep staircase. The rooms were not clean and the curtains did not operate properly. We requested a refund but they refused but we still decided to move out and find another better hotel.

We were met by a guy called Dennis. He was very polite and very patient with all of our questions. The room was very clean and had a nice roof top balcony to enjoy the views. Dennis was a very happy guy and makes you feel immediately welcome when you enter. I would definately go back there if I was to visit again. The local traditional Turkish food around the corner he suggested did not disappoint. For the price of a kebab in the center you can get to enjoy their traditional dishes and be very full for half the price, we went back twice. I forgot the name of it unfortunately but a great recommendation 👍
