We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. «Location: superb Cleanliness: great Value for money: great savings Service: almost perfect Food: bland (order calamares) Amenities: so so (solely for business travel not for leisure) Room: spacious, clean, smelled okay, aircon and TV was working fine, mini bar ref cover was loose and cannot be closed properly. Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.»

«I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve.»

«It was my first time at this hotel and I had a good experience overall. Got upgraded to a much bigger room with a small living area and it was on one of the high floors, far away from the noise in Edsa and Ortigas. 😊 This hotel is also connected to Galleria mall so it’s very convenient to grab some food. The mall itself is old so there aren’t many options other than food. Overall, I recommend this place 👍🏻»

«Recientemente me quedé en el Hop Inn Hotel Ortigas y diría que vale la pena! La ubicación es muy conveniente a pie a centros comerciales como SM Megamall y muchos lugares de comida, por lo que nunca tuve tiempo difícil de buscar donde comer o comprar elementos esenciales. La habitación era simple pero limpia. La cama era cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y el baño estaba bien con una fuerte presión de agua (gran más!). No tiene comodidades como un gimnasio o piscina, pero por el precio no lo esperaba. El Wi-Fi también era estable, lo que me ayudó a hacer un trabajo. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, muy fácil y muy eficiente. En general, si necesitas un lugar limpio, seguro y asequible para permanecer en Ortigas, el Hop Inn es una opción sólida.»
