還主動給我們升級了房型，房間還是比較大的，裝修風格也比較素雅簡潔，浴缸準備了一次性泡澡袋，用完第二天自動補，床品也比較乾淨，並不因為在海邊而潮潮的，稍有不足是衞生間沒有紙巾不方便，還有打掃衞生時角落遺留下水道摳出來的發團未清理，還有就是房間有點熱，去的時候還沒開放冷空調
去的週末下雨，但是晚上遊樂園還給遊客準備了很多互動小遊戲和拍賣活動，雖然室外大型設施未開放，但室內玩的也很開心，水上樂園比想象小點，但孩子們也玩的很開心，晚上還贈送了泡麪券，自助泡麪機，一次新奇的體驗
工作人員服務態度很ok，還有專門的管家服務，整體評分很ok，每年都來舟山，這次入住體驗綜合最棒，對了，贈送的旅拍也超預期»

We are vegetarians and the receptionist arranged special vegetarian dishes for us which were delicious. Also they arranged at a time suitable to us. There is a beach about 10min walking distance from the hotel but one can’t swim in the beach but a good view. Also Shang Hai Qi Guan is a 30 min walk with a fantastic view of the island from the top. Overall a great stay. We just stayed for one night.

Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

MMike the digital nomadI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.

MMaria13579Uno de nuestros mejores estancias en China! Este lugar fue absolutamente sorprendente. Las damas que lo llevan son ridículos y siempre nos hacen reír.
En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. También está convenientemente situado junto a las tiendas de alimento, los cafés, los restaurantes y la playa, mientras que aún está un poco fuera del camino de la gruñería y la bustina.
La comida aquí también es muy buena - el desayuno (incluido) y lo que puedes comprar para almorzar/diner es realmente fresco. UUsuario invitadoService was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go.
The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around.
The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk.
Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.
