«I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness.»

«Beneficios:
1. El servicio es excelente y todo el personal que conozca recibe una bienvenida. Puede responder rápidamente a nuestras peticiones.
Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas y el diseño del nuevo viento chino está lleno. Puede hacer que el personal salga a la puerta con champagne, y el olor diario es diferente.
3. Aunque las características del grupo de Huang SPA son pagadas, el alojamiento puede ganar 7 descuentos, el servicio es más profesional.
El espacio en la habitación es grande.
Desventajas:
1. ¿Puede que la habitación cierre el cubo con sopa privada a las 12:00? Por cierto, la segunda noche, deja el agua a la mitad, paramos directamente. Eso es mejor que nos enteremos de ello antes de quedarse.
2, no hay minibar en el cuarto! Coma una venta, Coca quiere pedirlo por sí misma!

We are vegetarians and the receptionist arranged special vegetarian dishes for us which were delicious. Also they arranged at a time suitable to us. There is a beach about 10min walking distance from the hotel but one can’t swim in the beach but a good view. Also Shang Hai Qi Guan is a 30 min walk with a fantastic view of the island from the top. Overall a great stay. We just stayed for one night.

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

UUsuario invitadoRoom is rather small. Breakfast is ok. Only problem is a lack of communication from staff. We left our luggage after checkout on the premise that we would collect them after visiting temples in the morning. When we came back, the luggages were missing. Turned out the staff sent the luggages to the pier.
As it turned out, we had taken the shuttle from the pier to the hotel to collect our luggages. This breakdown in comms cost us a delay of one hour on a very nice, sunny autumn day which we could use to enjoy the balmy weather.
