The hotel service staff delivered fruits to every room and are detailed oriented to the point they open your door while you were still sleeping to place it inside the room. This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel and can see the same hotel staff, meaning a strong employee retention by the hotel.»

«好像是老牌的五星酒店？服務還是很到位的，還沒到的時候就有管家電話詢問大概到的時間説幫忙提前準備房間，我們的是管家小袁，會在房間裏提前放好水果（我們的是蘋果香蕉）和酸奶，如果需要也會給一些遊玩的推薦，退房的時候還會幫忙準備一份小零食（巧克力威化，AD鈣奶，蘋果）。 酒店位置真的很好了，就在棧橋和沙灘旁邊，很適合看日落。酒店的前台在二層，一層是早餐。房間忘了拍照了，設施沒有那麼新，但感覺有些也是換過的，住起來還不錯。床墊和枕頭都挺好睡的。房間雖然是山景，但是我們這間從窗户看出去還是能看到一點海，就是窗户太臟了😂 早餐種類很豐富，吃早餐的餐廳就直接能看到外面的海，風景很好。»
