Conduciendo de Italia a Innsbruck, la ciudad no es grande, el hotel está en el borde del aeropuerto, buscando la entrada del hotel para abrir el segundo auto no ha visto, y finalmente encontré un montón de escalones en el vestíbulo, la puerta de el ascensor está cerrado con llave. Solo puede llevar equipaje pesado al vestíbulo del hotel y el aparcamiento gratuito está al otro lado de la calle. La habitación está bien, el desayuno no está mal.

La habitación Panorama Deluxe se reserva para 3 noches, el check-in el 20 de septiembre. La propiedad está centralmente situada a lo largo de la estación de tren y dispone de un estacionamiento directamente conectado por ascensor. El “piece de resistencia” de este edificio alto es claramente su impresionante vista sobre la ciudad y las montañas alrededor. Nos hemos alojado en la habitación 1104 en el piso 11.th, que es el piso superior con habitaciones, ya que el 12o está alojado en el salón/restaurante donde se sirve también el desayuno. hotel comodo alla stazione ferroviaria ed al centro della cittadina. ideale per un soggiorno di relax. struttura molto accogliente, personale coinvolgente e disponibile. colazione a buffet internazionale ricchissima.

Muy céntrico, a menos de cinco minutos de la zona peatonal. Parking público justo enfrente. Tranquilo. Amables en recepción. Habitaciones tal como muestran en las fotos. Limpias. Baño pequeño y algo incómodo. Diversas posibilidades para el desayuno en la Cafetería Central

Von außen vielleicht nicht unbedingt ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, aber innen toll! Wunderschönes Zimmer, unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sensationeller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer über das nächtliche Innsbruck (Zimmer im 7. Stock). Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Excelent Hotel. If you want to just hang out and have the best time of your life I highly recommend it. Friendly Staff, super quiet, super clean. Best breakfast in town. The road up there is amazing and it's everything it claims it is. I've spent 3 nights and it is worth every penny.

El hotel es hermoso, en una buena posición, central pero tranquilo con un aparcamiento público que va directamente al salón y las habitaciones son super limpias, el desayuno es bueno y con una gran variedad de opciones ...so ¿por qué sólo 3/5? Como el personal de la recepción es totalmente inútil y la zona de bienestar tenía horas muy limitadas (sólo de las 5 a las 9 p.m.), escribieron debido al costo de la energía, pero si es por eso, ¿por qué el calefacción en las habitaciones siempre fue tan alto? Tenemos que desactivarla y abrir la ventana durante el día para respirar, debería haber sido alrededor 24-25 °C. Si lo mantuviesen más bajos podrían abrir la zona de bienestar durante más tiempo, especialmente porque había mucha gente (60 habitaciones más o más reservadas) y fue difícil usar un jacuzzi de 8 personas y unos 20 sillas de cubierta si todos iban ahí al mismo tiempo. El problema con el personal de recepción ha ocurrido dos veces: en el área de bienestar no debería beber ni comer (es lógico, pero me pregunté si era seguro), dije que había un grupo de adolescentes con cervezas y botellas en general (vidrio) Pero nadie vino a comprobar y decir algo: traer un vaso cerca de una piscina podría ser muy peligroso si cae una botella, pero nadie se preocupa. El otro episodio fue con el restaurante: en la recepción hemos pedido una reserva en cualquier noche de nuestra estadía (5 noches), pero dicen que se lo piden directamente al restaurante sin preocuparse de nada a nuestra petición. En el restaurante, eran muy rudos y dijeron que estaban reservados en todo el día sin ni siquiera comprobar, afortunadamente, alrededor del rincón había otro muy bueno y nos fuimos dos veces, Pero normalmente si hay un restaurante en el hotel, el personal es mucho más útil y siempre hay la posibilidad de probarlo si usted es un huésped del hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip. This is a lovely hotel, and the stay was very pleasant. We booked a room with a city view. The view was over the Inn river (just the other side of the road in front of the hotel) to various buildings, both new and old (eg. the old town hall tower and the market building). In the background were the snow-capped mountains. There was a cute window seat in the bow window. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functionable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the old town, and to the start of the funicular that goes up to the start of the cable car up to one of the main ski resorts. There was some traffic noise during the day as you'd expect from the location, and also occasional aircraft noise, but the windows provided excellent sound insulation.
