Hotel de tipo familiar, limpo, todo o pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Quartos simples mas confortáveis e o nosso com vista para o jardim. Pequeno almoço de qualidade. Embora situado um pouco longe da cidade velha, está junto a um jardim bonito e tem transportes fáceis na zona do hotel.

Valoro disponer de servicios contratados y mucho espacio para no sentirme limitado en mi estadia, si bien son casi exajerados, bien me habria sentido comodo en un espacio mas pequeño, lo que fue favorable, fue lo mas cercano a estar en casa

Easy to book online. Very friendly staff at check-in. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. They have a good evening menu for dinner and service was excellent here too. Food was good and moderately priced. I would happily come back. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and also not too far from the series of lifts to take you up to the top of the mountains for a chilly walk about.

This was one of my favorite hotels. Cozy, staff was amazing, spa area fantastic, room was spacious, no carpet, wood floors the best and sanitary.

I never write reviews but I enjoyed staying at this place so definitely recommend going there. Location is very close to city center, there are buses in morning which go from hotel parking to the slopes. Breakfast are amazing and in the evening it’s a la cart restaurant which is good as well.

I recently stayed at Leipziger Hof on February 4th, and my checkout on the 5th turned out to be a nightmare. The front office agent treated me with shocking rudeness, engaging in unprofessional dialogue that left me utterly dissatisfied. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to address this behavior, the supervisor not only failed to reprimand the agent but also dismissed my concerns. Despite the agent's continued inappropriate comments, there was a complete lack of action. Upon requesting the agent's name for a formal complaint, the supervisor callously stated that it's a "family hotel," insinuating that any complaint would be futile. This absurd response only added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience. Leipziger Hof's handling of this situation was not only stupid but also entirely unprofessional. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this establishment. My stay was marred by the incompetence of the staff and the disregard for basic customer service standards.

We are a family of four adults. We stayed for one week in two rooms. One double room and one suite. The hotel is a little far from city centre. The hotel gave us free bus passes for a week, which is nice. Although the hotel is old, however, the rooms are thoroughly modernized with wood floors,nice firm beds, and new bathrooms. Breakfast is free for all residents.The air conditioner in our suite stopped working by itself after about two hours. This caused disruption of our sleep at night since it is still warm at night.The receptionist promised to arrange to fix it, but he never.

Great room, great staff. Not in city center, but close enough, especially with the welcome card that came with our stay. Whenever we wanted ice, or coffee for our room, we were always accommodated. Would definitely recommend!
