The service was very nice, the staff was really very helpful, supportive, and responsive as well. Specially Sudarshan ji and Vijay ji were very helpful, they regularly cleaned our room, helped us with any problems that we faced. So, for service experience it's best.

For Jyoti .... Room cleaning services is excellent, Food preparation and taste is very good, Behaviour is very good of Jyoti house keeping, Room is spacious and comfortable, Room view is good, Over all staff is supportive, Manager Mr. Vishnu Mohan is supported well during check in process

Nice service and responses Jyoti and jitendra provide nice service while house keeping and food facilities also found nice It was a great experience to stay out there while getting service in nice manner. All other services are quite impressive.

Jyoti and Jiten are exceptionally well and they deserve an appreciation. The food is good. Hotel is very nice and the hospitality is exceptional. Full co operation in everything. The environment is great and the room service is very good. I stayed there for 15 days and the entire experience was amazing.

Service of Mr Ankit & Mr Jitendra and Ms Jyoti is excellent and all are very polite and well mannered and very helpful & very guest centric. Above all all 3 Effotel staff are wonderful and excellent in performing their duties so perfectly . I wish them all the very best and congratulate them to be with same approach will all their Guests.

Amazing service by Jyoti and Nitin. Absolutely amazing food at their restaurant, really good house keeping service, really friendly and helpful staff, good clean rooms, easy access to major hubs across Indore, basically one of the best hotels in Indore.

Room service is good. And the food is topnotch. The workers and receptionist are good and very responsive even at the night times. And the hotel has a very good ambience which is friendliest and coolest 4 star hotels in Indore. A Must try hotel!!

Neha And Gaurav had given very good house keeping service.Service was very quick within few seconds by both of them.Hotel is also very good for business as well as family stay. Even food quality is excellent I stayed in Effotel in room no 434 on the 4th floor.
