After losing our home we have had to move around a few times and finding someplace that meets our needs and is in the right price range is difficult. That said, we have tried desperately to make the best out of a bad situation. This particular motel isn't exactly cheap. 80 a room thru the week And 90 on the weekend. The walls had God knows what on them, the floors too. Mold around the door and around the sink, bathtub and on the bathroom ceiling. The bedding had burn holes too.
Upon arrival we were charged extra on our deposit because we had two service dogs as well and given an incredibly hard time about proof that can't be given. You'd think they would do their homework about service animals and what they can legally inquire about but I have found most hotels have not and think a vest you can buy online anywhere makes a service animal legit. If for no other reason the first offense in regards to demanding and questioning about someone's service animal is a $70,000 fine should be reason enough to gain insight.
The room was cleaner when I left than when we arrived but they will use whatever means to keep your deposit, at least some of it
