Ilk başta personel cok cok kibar yemekler Cok iyi en ölü sezon olmasina ragmen kuzu tandirdan icli kofteye patlican kebebindan baklavaya 4, 4 luk menüler ve lezzetli , odasi ***et konforlu, tesis alani ***et geniş ve ferah,tek zayif noktasi plaj kısmı yeterince şık degil ama yine de herturlu olanak mevcut servis ve plaj personel cok iyi hepsine teşekkürler...

Aile oteli diye teyit ettim bay konaklama almiyoruz dediler yanliz bay konaklama gruplari vardi. Yorumlara kanip yeni yonetim yazmislar baktim hepsinin ilk otel yorumu. Eger gercekse hazir yiyecege guzel diyenler otele gelmeden once tasmi kemiriyordu. 1 yil calisip bir hafta tatil yapacaksiniz kesinlikle ziyan etmeyin fiyat performans oteli bile degil kesinlikle gelmeyin sakın. 4 people put into a room with 1 double bed and 1 single, I spoke to 4 different people including the holiday rep and this was not resolved. After this we received a pull out uncomfortable bed for the rest of the stay. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and this is how we were treated. In the hotel information it advises that the hotel is English speaking, this was also a lie as there were huge communication problems as the only person who spoke English was our holiday rep that we met once. On arrival we were not given a tour and just shown to our room. We booked this holiday specifically based on the fact that it was advised there would be entertainment every night however, this was also a lie. There was no entertainment at night until Wednesday 26th October and we left on Friday 28th October that too in a cramped lobby. I do not understand how this holiday was advertised as a 4 star hotel when even the most basic hotels in the UK have travel irons. This holiday was a shambles from start to finish, I don’t understand how you are still in business. Food was awful, you'd think it would at least have decent Turkish food but then again couldn't get chicken nuggets right. AVOID LIKE the PLAGUE

Never written a review before but feel people need to know about Serenis. 4th time we have been to this hotel so didn't look at reviews that was a big mistake.Arrived at 9.30 pm with our son and 2 teenage granddaughters. We were only offered soup. First day we went down to the pools there was faeces on both stairways it was there for the 2 weeks we stayed even though told reception. The wave machine at the pools was never on as before. Food hall had little choice as no cooking outside as before . No tables around the pool as before. Kept running out of food caused arguments in the queues. Most of the waiters were miserable No Turkish night which was disappointing Air con was pointless Room service not good in granddaughters room. Only had 3 shows in 2 weeks and 1 was a repeat. We will never go back again . Gone from a 5 star to a 3 half very disappointed this time.

A nice 5 day break,. I would rate it as 4star due to room which was exceptable but very tired could of done with re painting.staff were friendly pools clean fully exclusive worked well,great for kids ,water slides ect.one thing the management should address is which seemed common place is we arrived at 9 at night asked if we could get some food told restaurant closed ,the night staff who took us to our room then surgested a kebab for myself and daughter,and said he would fetch us one,I handed him £20 he kept his hand out till I gave him another£20 later he brought us two nice kebabs which were£5 each,he only had to go a couple of hundred yards ,I think £30 for that service is a rip off and it made me feel just that,other people spoke of the same experience,the man must triple his wageand is really not good for hotelPR my advice buy some food on the shuttle bus stop on the way in.the hotel restaurant had a decent selection catering for all diets
