So the photos are absolutely the opposite of the hotel no idea where they got theirs from. The lady at check in was lovely and helpful which was basically the only good thing about the hotel. The rooms were dated but with new furniture, and the bathroom was modern. The hotel was like a maze, carpet was dated and stained and there was desperate need of upkeep. We went out for dinner and came back, the hotel stank of **** completely, and it was extremely strong. When we got into bed my boyfriend and I heard the strangest noises like screeching metal and squeaking and no it was not a pipe/hinge and as the door lock looked reasonably weak we decided to get the hell out of dodge. The night porter was strangely defensive when I told him why we were leaving and honestly felt like we were in the plot of a Stephen King horror film. If you’re into that then you’ll love this hotel.

Great breakfast Comfortable nights sleep Hotel could do with an update but for the price i didnt expect the ritz.

Hello , just stayed for one night , and all the staff were really great , really friendly and helpful even when I rang up to make contact Alex was very helpful and polite on the phone , can’t fault the service

The Hotel is very old and the decor represents that but the staff are so lovely and pleasant that you forget about the interior. We had breakfast aswell and we couldn't fault it, it was buffet style so you could help yourself and plenty of choices, the scrambled eggs were amazing. An ok hotel but the staff 100%.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the duty manager. Breakfast had so much choice always good

Apart from SOLID RAIN For 5 days , everything else was OK. TIDY HOTEL , WALKABLE TO HARBOUR. BUS STOP OUTSIDE .. No complaints.
