Checked ✔️ in the hotel 🏨 . What a gross 🤢 one 1️⃣. The room is cramped with no desk or table. Mattress is flimsy like 👍 those from Fantastic Furniture 🪑 level in Sydney. Bed head is made of some cheap metal spring. Bedside table is smaller than a milk 🥛 crate. No vanity in the bathroom 🚽 - only a sink. WiFi in the room is sketchy. Cups are made of thin plastic, so thin that you can flatten it even when holding it up ⬆️ when drinking, more flimsy than a takeaway coffee cup ☕️. Breakfast 🥞 is awful 😞. Overall it’s a grotesque experience from head to toe. Tour member reminded me to request a chance of room as some of them did get an okay 👍 one 1️⃣. I followed the advice and finally got a better one 1️⃣ in the second night of my stay. Hence my TripAdvisor rating has changed from 1/5 to 3/5. At least they have make some improvement. They have an awesome view on the balcony.

I can not thank the hotel staff enough I had a fall in room and they was so helpful and patched me up. They then checked up on me the next day. The hotel itself is amazing and Carlsberg on draught as well as local beer is great. Will be coming back amazing setting.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough staff for fantastic food is amazing. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in i will definitely be coming back. Also cannot praise the tattoo artist and the hairdressers on site, They are fantastic and so professional, I had two tattoos done while there, And will be back again And Thanks Mustafa And Tatoo Artist Reina

. Always Impeccably clean. All Staff amazing. Husein ,Sammy Osgur new this yr .I cannot recommend more highly . I haven't got enough compliments Food best yr ever . There is something so special about this hotel Its magical entertainment ✨️

The staff of the aqua are of the highest quality my maid merdan made a model with towels on my bed every day the only problem I had was the cooked dinners were of a very low temperature by the time you got to your table the meal was cold Click roast potatoes with cold steak is not very appealing of course the salad bar was very well stocked ok for lunch but not for evening mesl

You would have to go a long to find a beach hotel with a better location, probably the best scenery I have ever seen, bars, restaurants, shops, boat trips all within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel itself is extremely clean, they take cleanliness very seriously. And the level of service couldn’t be higher. The hotel is staffed mainly by a young brigade who work so hard but always with a polite, friendly, helpful approach and a smile on their face. Entertainment is pretty good too, especially the group with the girl singer, the laser show and the Mongolian acrobats. We had a great week at the Aqua and recommend to anyone of any age, you won’t be disappointed.
