Here starts our journey of falaknuma palace experience from lobby.Mr.Harsh welcomed us by offering sword and crown to my little prince and princess they where very happy with the toy and he came up to my room and did the check in process for our convenient.when ever we go outing from the gate to palace santhosh and ***na helped us with buggy ***** chilled water with smile all the time.Once we reached room the house keeper met us with the associates and checked the comforts and placed the kids amenities. associates are so kind to my kids thank you.Room was spacious and well maintained. F&B service This summer vacation trip purely planed for my kids only. Once we reached room with in 15 Minutes we got our kid food. it was so quick and delicious first time my 1yr old son ate so much food we where so happy.Thank you so much chef, Mr.ashis and team. Lunch we had at Adaa indian restaurant food was so good.great table were and ambiance mr.sourav ***ager came and checked the experience and explained about the evening happenings at the hotel, it was helpfull.Mr.Nilesh and ajay who attended our table explained about the cousin and suggestions ***** with some other colleagues served us very well. sorry can't able to recall other's names totally it was great experience for us and our kids too. Room service Because of our kids Most of our meals ordered from room only. the IRD team taken care of all our requests so well especially the order taker shaswathi didn't forgot to take kids order every time,Associates served food on time can't recall their names sorry. In our stay Swimming pool saved us from the summer heat all the time.Kidw enjoyed and my daughter learned swimming also better thanks to pool attenders Morning peacock feeding was amazing experience.kids play room was very good and palace tour was taken place at evening.after that Singer where performing in front of the restaurants,we enjoyed. It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too.
