房間新裝修設備很新且沒有異味，空調很給力，沒有噪音，酒店靠近公交站去火車站去景點都很方便，前台員工桃子服務耐心周到相應速度快，要求延時退房很快得到滿足，今後來惠還會住這裏。

一家人出遊，自駕遊，酒店樓下停車方便。距離西湖大概十分鐘的車程，打車很方便，四樓有免費的健身房和洗衣房，早餐口味不錯呢，有油條，芋丸，雞塊，炒粉，很吃到飽飽，工作人員態度好，房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，要了套房，很方便，空間大，還有書桌，小朋友可以寫作業，要是有個枱燈就更好了。下次去西湖繼續定這家，滿意

房間整潔，水壓和熱水ok,隔音較差，聽到隔壁的電視聲音，上手的牙膏沒有收拾，被攝在水龍頭後，這個還好。方便打車，但感覺周邊不太多食物。包早餐，早餐食物選擇較少，但味道不錯。

地理位置相當優越，打車只要10分鐘內，便可去到附近嘅直通巴上落客點，距離各打卡熱點，景點，都在20分鐘車程內，非常方便。房間方面，衛生尚可，樓下4樓有非常簡單嘅健身設備，有跑步機，單車機，尚可接受。

酒店很新，離西湖也近，最主要服務人員都很熱情，顧客的正常要求，基本上都能滿足顧客要求，，熱水很大，唯一不足空調吹到床頭，但整體還好，住這酒店性價比很高，價格親民，還有早餐供應，下次到惠州再來！

在這個酒店續住了，感覺酒店住的很舒適，前台人員和清潔阿姨也很熱情周到好客，房間的空間很大乾淨衞生整潔，而且廁所也很寬敞乾淨，早餐也很不錯，周邊交通也很便利，去西湖的距離也很近，四周的飯店餐廳也很多，住的非常滿意！

房間乾淨衞生，裝修上看着很順心，設施也算好的。早餐也算豐富。服務上也是及時解決問題。酒店在一個小學邊，早操時有點吵，但時間很短，而且看孩子們在運動場上跑圈也算個風景。
