Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry.
My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level.
Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.

Free laundry and cooked real breakfast for you.
The items are very completed inside the hotel. Cleanliness is really good. The bed is comfortable. Price range is also good.

酒店位置很好，就在老街入口進去，酒店交通很方便，周邊還有河街和黎陽水街。服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳可以吃早飯，早餐也很好吃！前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便，棒!下次來的第一選擇。

環境:酒店位置就在老街進來的地方，出去就能購物，很方便。走過一座橋就能到對面的黎陽水街！也有特別多的吃的，爽！酒店環境超好，一進門給人一種特別的感覺，像個小吧枱，一般沒事在下面坐着看外面打發時間也是一個很不錯的選擇！
服務:酒店的工作人員都超好！！！有求必應，處着像朋友一樣輕鬆哈哈哈哈哈。需要什麼打個電話就會給送來，🉑！
設施:酒店的衞生條件做的非常好！房間打掃的也很乾凈！床品、毛巾等用品都整潔舒適。
爽！爽！爽！爽！
下次來還訂這家，嘻嘻

入住希諾酒店，是五一假期出行第一天的小驚喜！
酒店距離屯溪老街口十幾米，一樓大堂是酒吧風格，二三樓是客房。
酒店不大，但設計和房間用品都很精緻，無疑是古街上最靚的風景線之一。
房間用品質量上乘，洗手枱是科勒，洗漱用品都印有希諾logo。沙發、皮凳、茶台一應俱全，無不體現江南精緻細密的風格。
前台的小姐姐小哥哥都很熱情禮貌，詳細介紹黃山的菜館和線路，還贈送好吃的黃山燒餅和芝麻餅做伴手禮。

服務態度還可以，酒店是沒有電梯的。有大件行李的千萬不要讓他們安排在高層。床單和被套上有好幾個洞，這搞衞生的人是高度近視嗎？這樣的床單和被套居然給你鋪上床。還有就是早飯要早點去吃，去晚了就沒啥吃了。房間不是很大。唯一的好處就是在老街上，毛豆腐和舒睡套裝你不問他們要，他們不會主動給你的
