It’s my 4th time staying here and all the staff are accommodating every time. They always grant my requests. I specifically look forward to and enjoy their free buffet breakfast because everything is so yummy and fresh.

Great location. V good breakfast. Good room size. Only problem broken lock on window, no fresh air vent when sleeping. Also no way out in emergency as window does not open ....needs fixing ASAP.

Booking cancelled without informing us because the hotel has been taken over as a hostel! We often used to stay here when visiting family in the area....spoilt 70th birthday plans...only found booking cancelled when informed by family that hotel appeared close.Terrible customer service and such a shame as it used to be a great place to stay.

I had an family funeral booked and paid for, in 10 days time, the hotel was sold without any warning. I only found out via social media. when I found that all the present customers had their bags packed and left in Reception without any prior warning. Holiday Inn as a company your customer service STINKS

Absolute shambles Booked a room on *********** and turned up to be told the hotel was full and *********** shouldn’t have sold the room. The only solution was to be told to come back to reception at 10pm to see if anyone hadn’t turned up. At 10pm they had so I had to cut my visit short and drive three hours home in the pouring rain They completely washed their hands of it and blamed *********** but that simply isn’t good enough. They have a hotel in Albert docks why couldn’t I be transferred here. Terrible service

We were told it was the first time the hotel had been used by Harry Shaw ,manager didn’t greet us .We were told by the driver evening meal would be 6 pm .Checkin was slow only one member of staff ,who we found out later was the apprentice .Came down at 6 om to be told it was a mistake it was 6.30 ,whole coach came down to be told it was a mistake it was 7.30 .But they would start cooking now .Cold soup eventually arrived ,but passengers weren’t informed by staff .I asked had itbeencheckedfortemperature,was promised it would be reheated it wasn’t .Some of the bread rolls were stale .As the wedding was removed from their room they were milling about children running around as passengers were getting the soup !!I asked to speak to the manager ,he arrived but his attitude was awful .The mains arrived ,as did the driver who wasn’t very effective .The driver wouldn’t eat the food incase he became ill .

A great little find with last-minute availability. Parking perfect and plentiful: the car park is safe and secure. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good but it’s a shame no on site restaurant- however the pub opposite was nice. Wifi works well and had a good nights sleep. Thank you.

Very comfortable stay. There was plenty of space in the room and a super king bed, which was very comfortable. Bathroom with walk in shower was excellent. I didn't really rate the breakfast, with bacon which was like leather and the toughest sausages ever. Toast and marmalade and tea and coffee, was the best option. Great location, with just a short walk to shops,bars and restaurants, or to the beach. Yes I would recommend.
