Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

En estos momentos estoy en taxi que me lleva del Gran Meliá Nha Trang hacia el aeropuerto y ya siento añoranza de todos los integrantes de este gran hotel. Me pongo a escribir una reseña que por mis sentimientos actuales me es difícil, voy a intentarlo: Este hotel recién inagurado y en proyecto continuo que no deberías de dejar de disfrutarlo. Dispone de habitaciones muy amplias con todo tipo de lujo, techos altos, alta tecnología donde podrás disfrutar de Netflix, you tube, etc. Tres playas privadas con socorrista, en una de ellas dispone de un Onsen. Tres restaurante, uno japonés, un español y el último internacional. Dispone de un SPA y gimnasio, ambos muy bien acondicionados y personal muy profesional. Al desayuno no le falta de nada, incluso encontrarás el tan preciado aceite de oliva, tortilla de patatas, churros con chocolate y también puedes pedir a la carta. Disponen de bicicletas para que puedas moverte con agilidad por el recinto, además de servicio de pequeños coches eléctricos que te traen y llevan dentro del recinto. Lugar muy adecuado para parejas y familias, incluso convenciones. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen una gran piscina privada, incluso con jacuzzi y con vistas al océano o jardín. El personal es como en todo el país, muy amable y servicial, estando dispuesto hacer cualquier cosa para que tus vacaciones sean inolvidables. Todos ellos dominan el inglés por lo que te puedes comunicarte fácilmente. Los menús de los restaurantes los encuentras en tres idiomas, Vietnamita, Inglés y Español. Si quieres disfrutar de un cóctel puedes elegirlo o dejarte llevar por el barman. Yo suelo utilizar mucho a Meliá para mis viajes y puedo decir que este gran proyecto que están realizando tiene un buen futuro, en la actualidad ya lo es, pero hay que conservarlo. Si he de poner una pega es que por la falta de turismo en el país, hay pocos huéspedes pero esta situación también puede llegar a ser positiva ya que se respira tranquilidad. Mi visita ha sido en Enero del 2024 y como el hotel estaba en reformas de expansión puede que exista algún servicio añadido desde mi estancia. Debo agradecer a TODO el personal el trato que recibí, en especial a Teddy, Hoan y Elena.

La habitación tiene un poco de edad, pero la conservación es buena. La actitud del servicio es buena, el desayuno es bueno y la fruta es fresca. Además, decidimos tomar el hotel, y se olvidaron...Estaba muy enojado, el hotel dijo que la devolución de los gastos. Después de llegar, hemos actualizado el tipo de habitación y hemos reducido el costo de un niño y hemos dado un trayecto de automóvil para el nuevo hotel... Está bien 😂 Pero el hotel es muy caro para comer a la cerca del puerto.

El hotel tiene una excelente vista y una ubicación en la playa de Nha Trang. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos nuestro maravilloso fin de semana aquí. Los servicios son excelentes. Volveré aquí en el futuro. El hotel sirve piscina BBQ con vistas al frente de la playa y el aire libre. El evento del congreso de drones en Nha Trang Festival 2023 es un lugar agradable.

Está limpio. La habitación es bastante amplia. Debido a que se encuentra justo enfrente de la playa, se puede llegar a la playa a través de un pasaje subterráneo. Hay dos clubes famosos justo enfrente. La azotea también tiene una gran vista. Creo que sería bueno saber que se convierte en un club después de las 10 p.m. Hay mucha gente hablando de ascensores, pero el ascensor en sí se mueve muy rápido y te enferma. Sin embargo, hay muchos clientes durante las horas pico de desayuno, por lo que hay que esperar un poco a pesar de que la velocidad del ascensor es rápida. Quizás porque la habitación era grande, el wifi no funcionaba bien en la cama cerca de la ventana. El desayuno no es grande, pero es justo lo que necesitas y todo sabe bien. Estoy completamente satisfecho porque prefiero las cosas que tienen de todo y sabor a las cosas que tienen mucha variedad y nada de sabor. En términos generales, el restaurante del segundo piso es solo para huéspedes chinos y el del tercer piso se recomienda para otros huéspedes. Podrás disfrutar del desayuno de forma tranquila y ordenada. 100% intención de volver a visitar.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Es simplemente lo mejor. Es ridículo que puedas alojarte en un hotel como este por unos 30.000 wones. El personal amable puede comunic**** en inglés Piscina Desayuno Instalaciones de gimnasio perfectas Lo más importante es el aire acondicionado (lo subí mucho porque hacía frío) y buena presión de agua.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. However, this time, I was truly let down by the service here. I had plans to recommend this place to my friends for their family s
