It’s a small Onsen with few rooms but that made our stay more relaxing and comfortable. Attentive services with an eagerness to explain everything to you despite the language barrier. The outdoor private Onsen was a plus that we enjoyed very much. The downside was the aged room and toilet we got. However, this was compensated by the food that was absolutely fantastic and unsuspectly filling 😋

Looked expensive at my first glance. Howwver acknowledged it is worthwhile in 10min. after checkin. Dinner is a must try here. Best romantic experience ever

Recomendando muy este lugar. Llegamos fuera de las horas de check-in y el hotel nos acomodó para un check-in tardío en buen estado. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. El baño privado caliente no debe perderse, recuerde hacer una cita con antelación. El desayuno se sirve en un bonito cesto con deliciosa sopa caliente.

Magnificent stay at a natural onsen village. The most brilliant Ryokan you can imagine. Built at the beginning of the 20th century and renovated, all locations inside are beautiful and Instagrammable. Spent an anniversary here with my wife and had the best impressions of the whole trip. The Kaiseki dinner was above our expectations. The waitress explained everything, and we got a true cultural experience.

Even though we didn't understand everything he said, his demeanor made us feel uncomfortable and negatively impacted our stay. **Pros:** - The hotel's location is very convenient, with shuttle service available. - The views from the hotel are beautiful. - The facilities are well-equipped and very clean. Overall, while the hotel has many positive aspects, the encounter with the driver left a sour note on our experience. I hope management can address this issue to ensure future guests have a more pleasant experience.

今次是我第二次到訪下呂，這次帶埋爸爸媽媽來的，預訂了一泊兩食住宿，一間三人房，一間兩人房，因為撞啱星期六其他溫泉旅館價格都升了不少，最後選擇了這家溫泉旅館，價錢相對合理，雖然這家旅館規模不算大，但膳食及溫泉設施都不錯，浸完溫泉仲有免費按摩椅坐，老人家十分滿意，不過有長者就需要留意一下，如果不是自駕，由溫泉街行去旅館會有一段斜坡路，對長者嚟講會將當吃力，除此之外，對旅館其他方面都十分滿意

Next to the room where I live, a machine starts up every 20 minutes, making a low noise that makes it hard to sleep all night. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I won't recommend it to my friends.
