Hop inn On Nathan Road

ห่วย เสียความรู้สึกมาก จองเข้าพักโรงแรมชื่อ Hop Inn แต่พาไปพักแมนชั่นชื่อ We Inn เฉยเลยห้องก็ห่วยไม่ตรงปก ผนังนังห้องปุปะ เสียงดังได้ยินกันทุกห้อง ห้องน้ำก็แคบจัดๆเกือบลื่นหัวแตกตอนอาบน้ำ น้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นปรับก็ยากไม่เย็นไปเลยก็ร้อนไปเลยพอร้องเรียนไปทาง Trip.com ยังไม่รับผิดชอบอีกใครอยากจะพักก็คิดดีๆนะ คือมันไม่ใช่ชื่อโรงแรม Hop Inn อะเพราะไปก็อปปี่ชื่อเขามาเป็น Hop Inn on Nathan road แถมไปใช้จริงๆมันก็พาไปพักที่ไหนก็ไม่รู้อีกใช้ชื่อว่า We Inn *** เตือนเลยระวังไว้นะเจอมากับตัวโครตเสียดายเงิน***

직원분이 너무 친절하시고 무료로 업그레이드 해주셔서 편하게 잘 쉬고 갑니다 :) 깔끔해서 나중에 다시 온다면 또 이용할 것 같아요!

很不錯房間很大 在香港這種寸土寸金的地方 幾百塊能訂到這樣的環境很不錯

ทางเข้าสกปรกมาก ด้านบนเสื้อผ้าแขวนตรงทางเดิน หาห้องยาก พนักงานให้แผนที่มาเดินหาห้องเอง ซึ่งการเข้าห้องล็อค 2 ชั้น ปลั๊กไฟใช้ไม่ได้ แจ้งพนักงานทางเมล์จนกว่าจะอ่าน เพราะมันดึกแล้ว ติดต่อฟร้อนไม่ได้ เวลาทำงานพนักงาน 10.30-23.00 น. ถ้ามีอะไรเร่งด่วนคือไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ค่ะคุณต้องไปสแกนตรงหน้าฟร้อนเพื่อสแกนทาง WhatsApp แต่เราไม่สะดวก ทีวีมีในห้องแต่ดูไม่ได้ รีโมทแอร์ถ่านหมดตอนมาถึงเปิดทีวีเปิดแอร์ใช้ไม่ได้สักอย่าง ต้องไปหาพนักงาน เปลี่ยนถ่านรีโมทแอร์ให้ ส่วนทีวีคือใช้ไม่ได้ วันกลับจะฝากกระเป๋าที่ฟร้อนไม่มีใคร เพราะว่าฟร้อนยังไม่เปิด ไปตอน 09.00 น. สรุปไม่มีความประทับใจที่พักนี้เลยคะ เราไม่ต้องการห้องหรูหรา แต่เราต้องการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องขอให้ใช้ได้ พวกเราจำเป็นต้องใช้โทรศัพท์แต่ในห้องชาร์จไม่ได้ ต้องเอามาชาร์จหน้าห้อง กลัวหายต้องออกมาดูตลอด ตู้กดน้ำมีตู้แต่ไม่มีน้ำ จะมีไว้ทำไมใช้ไม่ได้ เหม็นบุหรี่ตรงทางเดิน คราวหน้าเปลี่ยนที่พัก ราคาต่างกัน 200-300฿ แต่ดีกว่าเยอะมาก ใครจะไปแนะนำพิจารณาอีกทีคะ แต่เราไปดันมาเจออุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ในห้องใช้ไม่ได้

Our overall experience staying at Hop Inn Hotel was satisfying. The staff members were approachable & easy to deal with. Although we arrived late due to airport processing delays & we failed to check-in on our supposed Day 1, but I was surprised to know that they actually waited for us until midnight. We arrived past 1am. We had to check-in at another hotel. I liked that they can be contacted conveniently through WhatsApp, so every time we have any requests like water refill for the water dispenser, a replacement towel, or toiletries, we did not have to go to their main office on the 13th floor. They cleaned our room daily during our 5-day stay. Our belongings remained safe. I appreciate that they had a big shelf by the side of the bed, where my kids placed their stuff so their out of the beds and another shelf at a corner with a few hangers where we organized our used and unused clothes; hot and cold shower; two stools/chairs; and most of all, a medium-sized table where I was able to temporarily store our foods & vitamins where they can be easily reached and work conveniently with my laptop during the night. Only suggestion for improvement, though, is to get rid of the smell of cigar smoke in the room. Thankful that we had my daughter's anti-allergy meds with us and her allergies did not trigger. Overall, the experience was good. Thank you! God bless your business.

I think the size of the room is moderate, you get what you pay for. However, the hot water from the water heater is not long-lasting, which is not suitable for people who prefer to take their time while showering. It takes some time for the hot water to replenish once it runs out.

Location is good. Right at the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. Next to MRT and bus station. You can easily go everywhere from here. However just like every other Hongkonger who stay in a tiny room, this place is extremely small. So consider very carefully if you can lower your standard

1.厠所冲水鈕壞掉了，因在周末入住就無法維修，只能用手拉繩子冲水。 2.空調聲音太大，無法睡得很香。 3.雖然設施非常一般，但是櫃檯人員都很親切。
