We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

¡Xiao Zhou y sus colegas nos ofrecieron un servicio excepcional durante nuestra estancia de una noche en el hotel! Ellos fueron muy amables y amables, atendiendo a nuestras necesidades y a nuestras peticiones, y nos conversaron de forma abierta y bienvenida cuando nos preguntamos sobre aspectos del entorno local, Mt Emei, etc. La comida era asombrosa y fresca. El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, con el Templo Baoguo justo afuera de la puerta. La habitación está en el piso superior y dispone de una fuente termal privada, que puede alojar a una familia. Genial 👍

Excelente relación calidad-precio, muchos bocadillos alrededor, muy animado. La tienda del jefe está ubicada en un callejón. Es tranquila en medio del bullicio. No hay nada ruidoso. Dormí muy bien y cómodamente. ¡Lo más importante es que el jefe está muy entusiasmado y toma la iniciativa de recoger y dejar! ¡Baje del tren de alta velocidad en la estación, lo que hace que los huéspedes se sientan cálidos!

強烈推薦峨眉山荷葉雲上私湯民宿！藏在半山山林間，滿目青山雲霧繚繞，天然氧吧格外清凈，晴日露台遠眺能望見金頂，景緻治癒。每間房都配獨立私湯，爬山歸來泡湯舒緩全身疲憊。屋內設施齊全乾凈，山野餐食新鮮地道。晨起聽鳥鳴，閑時庭院喝茶漫步，管家熱情貼心，遠離城市喧囂，慢節奏山居生活太舒服，酒店還提供專車從峨眉接送暖心服務，太安逸了，來峨眉度假首選這裏！

The location for this hotel was amazing! It was right on the river and it also was right next to the food street, which was so fun and bustling full of energy. It only took an 8 min car ride to get to the Leshan Buddha statue by car. This is hotel’s infrastructure is old but the actual rooms look newly updated. It has a nice projector, although we could never figure out how to increase the sound (so you might need to check with them), and it has comfortable beds and a tub. The tub in our first room didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms. Then the tub in the second one drained even when the plug was in so we needed to make a quick bath. But for staying one night, these inconveniences didn’t bother us. The best thing about this hotel was being close to the food street and just walking out our hotel door conveniently to try all the Leshan delicacies. We also enjoyed walking along the river and seeing the ayis dance and the mini stands selling things. You could walk to the buddha view in just 10 min too.

Our stay at this inn in Leshan was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the kindest and most earnest lady welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. She gave us amazing tips for dinner and visiting the Giant Buddha, which made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The inn itself is a true gem. The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, with heated beds and toilets that were perfect for the cool weather. Not many hotels out there with heated beddings and toilet seats. Not only that there is good heating with a radiator together with an air conditioner. The outdoor garden was another highlight—beautifully maintained and filled with fresh, vibrant greenery. It was such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the morning air. What made the stay unforgettable, though, was the lady who runs the place. Her warmth and dedication are unmatched. Even when we tried to tip her to thank her for her hospitality, she gently refused, saying she was just grateful for each guest who stayed. If you’re visiting Leshan, this inn is a must. Between the cozy amenities, beautiful garden, and heartfelt service, it’s the kind of place that leaves you with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Pequeña casa de huéspedes con restaurante en la planta baja (ver foto adjunta). Junto a la terminal de autobuses lanzadera de Mid Hill que conecta con la estación del teleférico. Baño pequeño con ducha de agua caliente. Se recomienda tener cuidado para evitar que el agua salga por la puerta y se filtre al suelo de la habitación. Se recomienda instalar una barrera baja en la entrada inferior para evitar que el agua se derrame y dañe el suelo de madera de la habitación. Un detalle agradable es despertar al visitante al amanecer y ofrecerle un bastón de senderismo gratuito. Imprescindible para la caminata cuesta arriba de 20 a 30 minutos hasta la estación del teleférico. Actualmente, se están realizando obras en la casa de al lado de 8:00 a 17:00. No hay problema, ya que se subirá a la montaña durante ese horario.

Este hotel es precioso y está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Leshan. Debajo del hotel hay muchísima comida deliciosa y el centro comercial más cercano está a 15 minutos a pie. La habitación que nos dieron estaba decorada con mucho gusto, las comodidades eran increíbles y era muy acogedora. ¡Me encantó este lugar y lo recomiendo! ¡Gracias por hospedarnos de nuevo!

We arrived quite late at the hotel but the room was still ready and laoban very available. Room is clean, well installed and the bathroom is enjoyable. I recommand.
