La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena, pero era muy limpia. Las camas eran super blancas, limpias y grises, los ojos y la sensación de marca nueva. Las toallas eran también marca nuevas. Blancas y fluffy. Estabamos allí por 3 noches para el golf. Hacíamos cena en el pub. La comida era buena considerando que era un pub. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.

Esta es nuestra segunda estancia aquí (1la primera fue hace dos años). Nos quedamos por dos noches y luego una semana después nos quedamos por otra 4 noches. Nuestra primera estancia estaba en una cabina de 6 barcos. Muy limpia y teníamos todo lo que necesitamos. La segunda estancia estaba en la cabina de spa. Esta cabina era maravillosa. Muchas habitaciones, limpias y de nuevo tenían todo lo que necesitamos. Después de un tiempo ocupado / triste que tuvimos con Targa Tasmania, era genial que podíamos llegar a nuestro alojamiento con un cheque sin problemas en /out. Recomendamos este lugar y definitivamente volveremos a reservar el año próximo.

Salamanca Terraces es una ubicación fantástica. Lo que necesitaba, muy limpio. Estabamos más que felizes aquí y definitivamente estaríamos de nuevo. Gran lugar y no se puede golpear la ubicación- restaurantes a la puerta y mercados a 1 minuto de distancia el sábado. Consejo: el check-in es como Lenna, que está justo por la carretera y un poco arriba, pero la colina es estrecho, si hay algunas personas, recomendaría que envíe a una persona para comprobar y dejar a los demás fuera de las terrazas Salamanca.

We went to macq01 as a little getaway before our second baby arrives. I hadn’t told the staff that however they noticed I was pregnant and delivered a gift box full of bath salts etc & some chocolates to our room. The rooms there are always beautiful and we love staying at macq01! We’ve stayed multiple times. Highly recommend.

I am very disappointed as I thought I booked a room in Wrest Point but instead it was in adjacent property called Motor Inn. I felt that I have been cheated as the picture in the booking details showed me Wrest point Towel and not Motor Inn. I thought the room was called Motor Inn as I have not been there to know the existence of Motor Inn. When I queried about it, they said it was the agent's (trip.com) fault . To move to the main tower will cost me an extra of $80. I felt I have been conned and they should have placed the Motor Inn building photo instead of the tower of Wrest Point in their website for booking. (It is deceptive marketing - show you a ferrari for sale and got a lemon after you have paid for it) Motor Inn is an old building and does not have lifts to the room we were allocated and being retirees , we have to carry our bags up to 2 flights of stairs. On top of that, the room walls were not sound proof and you can hear every customer slamming their doors and flushing their toilets. I thought we have booked the room with the sea view instead there were only bushes as a window view. It was so embarrassing when I thought I could request for a room on a higher floor in wrest tower for good views but instead shown out of the door to an old adjacent building call Motor Inn. In all its websites and advertising, there is not 1 photo to show Motor Inn as Wrest Point . It has always being the tower used to promote the sale of their rooms. The Bistro food is poor quality and costly. We order from the caviary and the food came out to be cold and dry. We wanted to try the other 2 restaurants Kwan Ho and the one on the 17 th floor in the main tower but were told they were close. I thought being a top notch hotel, their restaurant will be open 7 days instead they are closed 2 days.( sun and mon). - the days we were there sat,sun,mon) They have a fantastic location but sad to say they don't have the marks of a 5 star hotel. The first picture is what I thought I booked but the second picture is actually what I got. The 3rd picture is what is in the website for booking and the last picture is what you get.

When we visited the specials on offer in the bar area were between $20.00 - $25.00 The food was good, great potion size and good value for money. After trying a couple of restaurants in Battery Point that were disappointing to say the least, we were so happy we stumbled upon the Prince of Wales Hotel. They also had live music on a Sunday afternoon that was a bonus. The beer was good. Outdoor seating available and some indoor seating was adjacent to big open windows. We had calamari , chips and salad with a really nice spicy aioli and the steak. The only thing that would of made this review 5 stars was if the bar staff member who served us was a bit more personable.
