Hola, una amiga y yo nos hemos alojado durante unos dias en este maravilloso hotel. Buscavamos un sitio tranquilo pero cerca de los sitios mas bonitos para visitar en la region de Ninh Binh. El hotel esta a solo cinco minutos del pueblo de Tam Coc asi que te da mucha flexibilidad para poder ir a comprar o a comer. Y por cierto, hemos dormido de lujo! De hecho lo que mas nos ha guatafo ha sido el trato tan cercano y humano que han tenido todo el staff con nosotras, sobretodo Lucie, Trang, Hiep, Long, Harry, Vivian, Duc, Nghia, Thanh, Duyen, … Y tambien a todo el equipo directivo. La verdad es que ha sido un placer poder conpartir estos dias! Sin duda repetiriamos!!

Estupendo hotel , está dentro de un pueblo silencioso y rural , por lo menos en septiembre , nos dimos un masaje y fue estupendo , muy profesionales , el recepcionista de la noche , un chico joven fue muy atento y nos explicó todas las excursiones que queríamos hacer , teníamos una habitación superior que era muy amplia y el baño además de ducha tenía en el centro de la estancia una gran bañera grande y muy bonita , el desayuno también estaba muy bien

Un hotel para relajarse y disfrutar. Es sin duda alguna el mejor lugar y hotel durante nuestra estadia por Vietnam. El hotel cuenta con piscina rodeada de naturaleza, bicicletas para pasear (gratis), alejado del pueblo, por lo tanto muy tranquilo y con un restaurante de lujo. Hay suficiente informacion que entrega la recepcion para visitar desde ahi los lugares mas tipicos, algunos los puedes hacer en bicileta, ya que estan muy cerca y otros tomando un taxi o moto, que ellos mismos pueden gestionar. Fue un lugar de ensueño del que realmente no queria irme. Las cabañas estan inmersas en la naturaleza y son comodas, lindas y agradables. Especial mencion a la anfitriona/jefa del restaurant, una chica preciosa, digna de cualquier pasarela de alta costura, siempre amable, servicial y atenta, gracias. No olvidare nunca este lugar tan maravilloso.

One of the best Hotel in Vietnam . Not beacuse of concrete and finishing , because of The Reed people .. Awesome stay . Special thanks to quen for such a fantastic international skills and communication. The breakfast spread was great . We were greeted so well with early checkin around 12 .

UUsuario invitadoWe spent two night here in a stunning room with spectacular views. Dzung and his wife Dep were so helpful and kind and attentive, included breakfast served on the top floor with 270 degree view of the mountains and village, free use of bikes, dinner no longer provided but the walk into the little village of Trang An in the dark with Dzung’s high powered flashlight for dinner at one of the handful of local restaurants was part of the magic and charm of this sweet little town. (Yes their most famous restaurant serves only goat, with an impressive line of vans and cars arriving on Saturday night, but I met some of these goats on a motorbike ride to the local bird sanctuary and could not bring myself to try it.) Dzung arranged the motorbike rental and offered a late check out as we were catching a late train south. Off the main tourist path with a real feel of country life, close to everything there is to see. The whole family was welcoming and we really felt like we were visiting long lost relatives. Truly unique and unforgettable experience!

No voy a mentir, cuando nos registramos aquí por primera vez, tenía muchas dudas, ya que nuestra habitación inicial no estaba a la altura. Después de discutir con mi esposo si debíamos cambiarnos o no a otro lugar, decidimos darle una oportunidad y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación. La mujer (lamento mucho no haber sabido su nombre y la llamaré con cariño Boss Lady) en la recepción escuchó nuestras preocupaciones e inmediatamente nos cambió a otra habitación que era MUCHO mejor. En resumen, de nuestras 2 semanas en Vietnam (hoteles de lujo y otros) creo que esta fue nuestra estadía favorita. Nuestro mejor desayuno en Vietnam fue aquí. Estaba delicioso y me hizo sentir como si estuviera hecho con amor y eso me alegró el ánimo. Boss Lady me ayudó a hacer un itinerario perfecto de 2 días en la región y me ayudó a evitar algunos obstáculos. También me recomendó un lugar increíble para masajes. Sentí que era una amiga de confianza. Boss Lady y su familia hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera mágica. Reservé esta casa de familia después de una recomendación de Lilly del Grand Hotel Du Lac en Hanoi. Estoy muy feliz de haber seguido su consejo. Nos encantó esta casa de familia y estamos ansiosos por volver.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era limpia y con agua caliente, Netflix y aire acondicionado. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y nos dio buenas consejos sobre dónde viajar en la zona. Teníamos bbq y la familia era tan amable para ayudarnos con el bbq. La ubicación es ideal para viajar atravesar un barco y atrapar la cueva mua. El alquiler de bicicletas es gratis. En general, recomienda a otros que visiten este estancia para completar su experiencia en Vietnam!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Clean, centrally located , good choice for breakfast including freshly squeezed juice Plenty hot water and air con However the highlight had to be Huyen, the fabulous lady who owns this with her husband. She goes out her way to make sure you see her part of the world, are happy with everything and tells you all about her family and history. She is warm and so welcoming She arranged a driver for a day to take us to various places. A Malaysian couple came to stay too and she hooked us up for the day. This made for a very fun day getting to know them Google translate is how Huyen communicates and she doesn’t well. Please stay here if you get the chance

La habitación es amplia, las camas muy confortables, gran cuarto de baño con agua caliente, agua y café a disposición. El desayuno es variado y sabroso! Hay bicicletas a disposición y también scooters alquilados. No hay nada que reprochar, ¡recomiendo sin problemas, no se decepcionará!

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era muy grande y con buenas instalaciones. La habitación está muy fría durante la noche y el AC no tiene un ambiente de calor. Te ofrecen un pequeño calor, pero no era suficiente. Sugerimos que incluyera algunos cojines más calientes durante el invierno. También hemos encontrado que el agua caliente no dura mucho, por lo que es muy difícil calentar después de un día de scooter en el viento frío. La comida era buena y las instalaciones del lugar también eran buenas - bicicletas y scooters gratis son baratos. Ofrecen servicios de lavandería y reserva de autobuses también. Hay gatos bonitos que se acostan y la zona general es agradable. El hotel está muy cerca de la Cueva de Mua y se encuentra en una ruta de scooter de todo lo demás. En general, buena alojamiento presupuestario, pero no sugiere quedarse en invierno.

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación no estaba muy bien. El baño no funcionó y el gerente se puso a trabajar para corregirlo, pero no fue un éxito. No obstante, el día siguiente nos dio una nueva buena habitación. Nuestro hotel incluye el desayuno pero no se sirve el desayuno en el lugar. Así que nos llevó en bicicleta a un restaurante cercano donde nos permitió ordenar un desayuno barato. Así que no lo reservas con comidas. Nuestro principal problema era que el director no hablaba inglés en absoluto. Tuviste que escribir sus preguntas en su teléfono que lo traducía. Eso te hizo pensar dos veces antes de preguntar. También siempre fue muy serio, no sonríe en absoluto. Pero él arregló todos los problemas, así que está trabajando duro. ¡Queríamos reservar una habitación en Tam Coc FriendLY Homestay, pero de alguna manera nos reservamos esta por error. ¡Incluso el taxi nos llevó a la mala, así que ten cuidado de la diferencia! El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad de Tam Coc, pero muy cerca del Bich Dong Pagoda. Hay unos pocos restaurantes vietnamitas cerca, a pie. La cosa agradable es que puedes usar las bicicletas gratis. Así que hemos ido a Tam Coc, Hang Mua y Trang An con las bicicletas proporcionadas. La estancia está en una carretera lateral, muy tranquila. El hotel tiene una pequeña piscina y hay niños en ella disfrutar de gratitud. La habitación es muy grande, el mayor que tuvimos en Vietnam. UUsuario invitadoLovely place, lovely host, made us feel at home and welcome. Always neat and tidy. Staff were Great! We were only there for two days but could have easily spent longer...they have motor bikes and bicycles available so would have been good to do a bit more exploring. They helped us out with rides while we were in the area and even organised an excellent driver to take us back to Hanoi when we had to leave. Stones throw away from the magnificent Bich Dong Temple- an easy walk and well worth a look. The pool is great, plenty of room to relax at the end, or middle or beginning of the day... And Breakfast- Pancakes one day, Eggs the other- just great!!! Thank you very much.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Ninh Binh and were able to see so much of the area in just one day. The location of the home stay was super for this and we were also delighted that the staff were helpful in arranging transport to the train station and Trang An. Until we came to leave, we would have been comfortable leaving a 3 or 4 out of 5 rating. We were however made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who oversaw our stay, as he began hassling us to leave a review before we had had breakfast. This intensified when we returned from our day out; we were obliged to leave a review before he would drive us to the station (which we had already paid him for). We left a generous review on *********** (averaged at 8.0/10) which did highlighted the one area we felt was lacking - the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The man then proceeded to drive incredibly unsafely (including at points driving without holding the steering wheel, across two lanes in relatively busy traffic and far slower than the rest of the traffic) whilst using his phone to translate his haranguing of us about our review, eventually resulting in us having to speak to his boss on the phone about why we hadn’t left a 10/10 review. The entire interaction left us feeling distinctly uncomfortable and spoiled the end of our trip. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle, even though it was not in the drop-off location we had agreed.

UUsuario invitadoTam Coc de la Montagne resort Our family of four stayed here as part of our Intrepid Tour visit to Vietnam. We occupied two rooms for two nights. Overall our experience was very positive. The beds and pillows were comfortable. All the outlets work and are plentiful. The bathrooms are recently updated. The rooms are very clean with a stocked mini bar and a few complimentary treats and water. The WiFi is free and speedy. We used the laundry service which managed to deliver same day! The kitchen is creating good food! We dined there both nights. The pasta and pizza are as good as you will get anywhere. The salads are fresh and dressings delicious. Breakfast is similar to most hotels in Vietnam with a few fun surprises (onion rings or meatballs, anyone?) The bar is fine and the espresso was satisfying. My wife and daughters took advantage of the spa and enjoyed hair washes and a hot stone experience that was very enjoyable. The service overall is friendly and attentive. The main hall/reception is stunning, they have created a truly welcoming and comfortable place to eat and relax. The grounds are adorned with flower shrubs and cultured trees, making the walk to our room very pleasant. The shower uses a dedicated water heater in the bathroom so be aware that the hot water won't last long. During our visit the pool was still empty as it is undergoing a refresh. There are complimentary bicycles which can be used to tour the area, we used them to view the Buffalo cave and pedal to the Hang Mua lookout. My wife and I occupied a room near the pool which was very quiet at bedtime. My daughters were closer to the entrance so unfortunately were subjected at bedtime to loud karaoke from a neighbouring establishment. My rating is based on value for price and the location and facilities available in this gorgeous part of the world. I'm sure as time goes on the management will continue to improve and refine their offering.
