Stay here for the second time , still like it !! Really close to the walking street , and good place for transportation

The place is clean and the amenities are well maintained. Do be reminded that the swimming pool is closed every Monday.
Checking in and out has been very smooth. Min has been very helpful even during late hours to accomodate our of flight schedule.
Location wise it’s perfect - you got hundreds of food and coffee places within your 10 mins walk radius. Will come back to this place next time.

Плохая локация, плохое окружение, очень шумно в комнате, шумы с дороги днем и ночью, стены гудят. Ресепшен на фото не имеет никакого отношения к этим апартаментам. Спортзал только на фото, мне сказали что его ремонтируют. Электрическая плита индукционная, а посуда нет, поэтому приготовить еду вы не сможете. Постельное бель старое, застиранное, протертое. Жить было неприятно, отношение к гостям плохое, вы уже заплатили и интерес к вам нет.
В общем я полностью разочаровался, ощущение что тебя во всем обманывают. Менеджмент очень слабый, не повторяйте мою ошибку, не бронируйте это жильё, пожалеете.

We really enjoyed the stay in this residential hotel, the owner guided us to find our room smoothly, the AC of the room was already turned on! Very thoughtful gesture which is a plus for us in that hot weather and long flight.
Clean Towels were provided every day, they have everything you need.
Pharmacy, 3 convenient stores and coffee shops downstairs.
If you don’t like city crowds, Location is just good! Is near all the sightseeing places.

Location is great . Right in district 1. Just 20 mins across the bridge to the market . Staff were flexible with my early morning check in and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again !

The place was nice, good location and the owner let us check in early which was kind. It was difficult to contact and we had to physically go there to contact him which was frustrating. Bed was very comfortable and good pool but our card was not able to access it. We also had a leak in the air conditioning which was fixed very quickly but we had to stay and wait for it to be fixed for an hour and a half and owner did not apologise.

Saigon 9 is the luxurious stay in Saigon. It’s situated in a prime property of Saigon. The Location is so cool and all tourists destinations are within limits.
Rooms - Were so comfortable and clean. The beeding, washrooms, AC, everything was so cool and perfect.
Swimming Pool - 5/5 for the swimming pool. We can enjoy the luxurious atmosphere while swimming. The USP is this pool.
Staffs - The landlady of the property upgraded our stay to a premium segment. What else can we ask for!! Satisfied alot!!
Location - a 7/11 is situated in ground floor, that the best option for small eats and breakfast. Lots of chain restaurants are nearby.
Last Word - 5/5 Apartment!! Loved this Stay!!
