Nesta Hotel Saigon

breakfast buffet is so good. Room is clean, but carpet is stained. Aircon is set off automatically every several hours, caused too hot to sleep well and continuously. Swimming pool is tiny and water isn't clean with som algae.

\\\\\\ ★★★★にしてはケチな内容でした。（ロケーションと値段につられたのも確かですが。）ロビーも部屋もやや手狭感があり、通路/階段はすれ違うのがやっと。バルコニー付、というのは避難階段の踊り場に面している、という理屈。（ベランダ開閉はできる）朝は起こしてくれず、朝食放棄となり最悪。★★★でも、もっと条件いいのありますよ。

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage, bietet leider keine Parkmöglichkeit fuer Motorräder. Eigentlich sollte man gleich im Central Palace Hotel versuchen, ein Zimmer zu buchen. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze im Parkhaus und im Gegensatz zu dem Nesta Saigon Central Hotel professionellen Service und professionell qualifizierte Mitarbeiter. Im Nesta versuchte man uns ein billiges minderes Zimmer anzudrehen, obwohl wir ein Executive Zimmer gebucht hatten. Auf Drängen wurde das korrigiert. Das Frühstückspersonal ist ein bunter Haufen unqualifizierter Jugendlicher, die weder irgendwelche gastronomische Fachkenntnisse, noch Hygienekenntnisse mitbringen. Die Tische werden nicht gereinigt und das Frühstücksangebot ist so ziemlich das Letzte, was Saigon zu bieten hat. Da wir 12 Tage im Hotel waren, haben wir uns dann auf einen Minimalkompromiss geeinigt. Am Abreisetag wurde ohne Vorabinformation der Fahrstuhl stillgelegt. Die Bauarbeiten waren jedoch geplant, aber wie generell im Hotel, wurde weder etwas kommuniziert noch schriftlich mitgeteilt. Das Hotel ist in guter Lage. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft 3 bis 4 andere Hotels, so dass fuer uns dieser Aufenthalt der garantiert letzte Aufenthalt sein wird. Die Leitung der Hotelgruppe sollte unverzüglich eine Tiefeninspektion durchführen und qualifiziertes Fachpersonal einstellen. Es mangelt n einem professionellen Management in Hanoi, nicht nur direkt im Hotel in Saigon. Man kann nicht nur ein Hotel mal schnell übernehmen um schnell Profit zu machen. Man muss auch das Personal anständig auswählen, anständig trainieren, anständig behandeln und anständig bezahlen. Davon ist in diesem Hotel nichts zu spüren. Wenn Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ohne irgendwelche anwendungsfähige Englischkenntnisse abhängt und seine Aufgaben nicht verstehen kann, dann muss man dem Mitarbeiter einen Englischkurs spendieren. So vermittelt dieses Hotel dem Gast den Eindruck, in eine Praktikantengruppe geraten zu sein, die sich intensiv aber unbeholfen auf das erste Ausbildungsjahr an einer Hotelfachschule vorbereitet. Vielen Dank den 3 Mitarbeiterinnen, die sich bemüht haben, die gravierenden Mängel zu lösen. Mein Gesamteindruck: Seit 8 Jahren regelmäßigen Hotelaufenthalten in Saigon, das mit Abstand absolut schlechteste Hotel und die absolut unprofessionellste Hotelgruppe in Vietnam. Internationale Gäste mit mäßigen Ansprüchen oder westlichen Gewohnheiten sollten um das Nesta Saigon Central Hotel unbedingt einen Bogen machen. Ich werde das ganz sicher zukünftig tun.

Delay check in , late breakfast time , no good service , waiting for hot water and not enough pressure for shower, no infomation on facilities in elevator .. why 4 starts ? expensive payment if not developed

I had a pleasant stay for 4 days 3 nights during my recent trip to Saigon. The room was clean with comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staffs, I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Yummy, with many choices. Congratulations to all. Keep it up.

The suite at level 5 was clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff of Swan Cafe where we had our delicious buffet breakfasts and the chambermaid were helpful and polite. We had a relaxing time at the cosy little pool at level 9. The hotel is very near Ben Thanh Market, the Saigon Centre, many eateries and a few sight seeing spots, just to name a few. The receptionists, Huang, Huong and Tuan never failed to greet the guests cheerfully at the entrance. On our last day there, Huang went the extra mile to book a cab for us to the airport. Huong helpfully carried our heavy trolley bags into the cab and Tuan helped us to open the jammed safe deposit box without hesitation. It was heartwarming to have the staff of Swan Café bidding us farewell after our last breakfast there. Our 4-day stay there was indeed a pleasant and memorable one! Thanks to all at Nesta Hotel!

Great hotel for the price. Excellent location, room was clean, but carpet is getting a little old.

The room was fine but didn't really feel "premium" as the room title says: small amount of space and only a small window showing a corrugated roof. Otherwise nothing to complain about. The breakfast was good but not very diversified.
