Habitación amplia y cómoda, con lo necesario para una estancia corta. Trato agradable y buen desayuno. Cogimos una de las habitaciones ”económicas”, situada en el edificio de enfrente del hotel. Destacar que era muy tranquila y al estar en una entreplanta no había ruido ambiental.

El hotel no está en la antigua ciudad de Lijiang, pero la ubicación es buena, se va a 5 minutos de la estación y el estacionamiento alrededor es conveniente. Las habitaciones son limpias, amplias, tranquilas y las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Disfrutamos mucho del tiempo de estancia. El servicio del hotel también es especialmente bueno y nos ayuda a sacar un taxi. Muchos de los alquileres iraquíes no están haciendo relojes, así que pido ayuda al hotel, es muy conveniente. Recomendado para quedarse.

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.

El hotel está estratégicamente ubicado dentro de las murallas de la ciudad vieja entre la playa de Ammoudara y las principales atracciones, no muy lejos de ellas. El hotel es un edificio renovado de 7 pisos. Las habitaciones no son grandes, pero suficientes para un alojamiento conveniente. La habitación tiene la caja de seguridad, TV, varias sillas, mesa y armario, pava eléctrica, aire acondicionado. Hay un balcón bastante grande con dos sillas de playa y una mesa pequeña y también una percha para secar la ropa. Desafortunadamente, hay bastante polvo en el aire de la calle, por lo que todo se llena de polvo muy rápidamente. We stayed at this hotel twice during our recent holiday. Our first stay was in the suite on the top floor. This is a spectacular room with a HUGE balcony. The room and balcony are the entire 5th floor, overlooking the churches and park. It even has an outdoor hot tub. Our second room was also nice, but it was tough going from the suite to a standard room. The location of the hotel is great. It faces the church courtyard and there are several cafes. There is easy access to the entire center of Heraklion. All of the hotel staff are amazing. They were polite and helpful. I would like to single out Petrali Margarita, the hotel manager. She was warm and friendly and really seemed to care about our happiness. She made dinner reservations for us and nail appointments for my wife and niece. She would greet us if we were outside at a cafe. Just a wonderful asset. My ONLY criticism would be the servers at the Hacienda cafe. The were rude and some were unprofessional. It took forever to get waited on, to the point of us moving to the other cafes in the square. It was hard to believe it was part of the hotel. The servers really need to be trained on efficiency and customer interaction. Beside that, a splendid hotel. We will go back again.

Lots of great things to say about the service and assistance..location was also convenient to buses,dining and sites...Basic room, small,no tea/coffee or waste bin outside of bathroom. No toiletries but a complimentary bottle of water day one ..no room for a chair ..just bed and desk.. very compact..Breakfast was included but stayed the same every day and options were limited. If your ok with basic then it would suit but you may be disappointed if your looking for a kettle...finally think twice if you book a city view room, it overlooks a highly trafficked street,lots of noise and a view of alleys.we picked ocean view and while the balcony was tiny the view was superb
