We contacted Black mountain a few times before arriving about the room and our wants. Several times we were told that they had our notes but have not assigned our room yet. After we arrived and were assigned our room we discussed at the time and were told that we would be moved on Saturday and that someone would be contacting us. I was texted and I was told the same think but nothing was done. No movement. We stayed last year and had a wonderful experience and this time could have been communicated differently to have the same experience that we had before. We have already booked our flight and car rental again for next year for our birthday week back in Park City and we are currently looking for a possible different staying arrangement for our stay. We will see. I hope that you understand my thoughts on our experience and look forward the response . Thanks

Convenient location near Park City with free shuttle service to ski area! Large living space with full kitchen, coffee, and accommodating, friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Expensive compared to a Marriott or AirBnB if that is what you are looking for but this is so much more. The amenities and the service alone make this a a great deal. If you want to have n experience then this is the place to say. There is nothing bad to say about staying here only positives. My family loved it and. They are still talking about it asking when we can go back next. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won’t be disappointed

We had a king room, double queen, and a pull out couch with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen . It was very spacious and fit 2 adults and 3 teens nicely. Appliances were all high end and we had brand new washer dryer. The pool and hot tub were great.

Our room was a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living room with fireplace. We stayed for 5 days, ate at the restaurant, took the shuttle to downtown Park City and back. Overall, the accommodations are very nice, and the restaurant food is very good. My main feedback on room for improvement would be regarding service. Athough the waiter was friendly, he removed my husband's plate and brought us the bill while I was still finishing my food, and I'm not an unusually slow eater. It would have been better for him to wait until I was done, perhaps further training is needed. However, I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely property. Walls are thin. Transportation downtown was reliable and friendly. Game room was huge bonus for teen kids. Had a great time and would return.

Resort was convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. Easy in and out. Room was basic but clean. It was next to a mechanical room and, at times, very noisy. Amenities were very good.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite, mountain facing. Asked for room on higher level but told not available although it was confirmed when I paid in advance. Room was facing construction and located below ground level and the restaurant had full view of our rooms. NO PRIVACY! We were awakened to maintenance shoveling snow and banging the shovel right outside our bedrooms. Room above us partied until after 1am and no carpeting so it sounded like elephants stomping. 3 calls to reception and we finally gave up. Sauna & steam rooms had foul odor and outdoor hot tub/pool lukewarm so didn’t use any of those amenities. Staff is nice enough but ineffectual. I would not stay here again.
