Came mid week with a friend didn’t have an evening meal but had a twin room which was a great size. Had breakfast in the AM which was beautiful ! Staff were friendly had no issues would come back again when visiting Bawtry which is hopefully soon as it’s a hidden gem

Stayed here with friends and it was such a beautiful venue. The rooms are beautiful the staff are friendly and the food is incredible my favourite was the pancakes for breakfast. The house champagne is one of the best champagnes too ! Can’t wait to come back !

I made a mistake with my booking but luckily the fantastic team at reception (Chloe,Sam,Emily) looked after us with no fuss and big smiles, great location and wonderful rooms also great food, I would definitely recommend the crown if visiting Bawtry👍

Service and good were great. Lovely environment and relaxed atmosphere. Lucy hannah very attentative and polite. We ordered the Beef for Sunday Lunch and it was perfectly cooked. We choose a weekend when there was a classic car show on but we managed to park in back of the hotel.

Attended a wedding, lots to commend, pretty venue ideally suited, bar staff, waiting staff and reception staff most helpful. Only issues was that all speeches were completely inaudible for the guests through venue's PA system and no-one from the venue was paying attention. When alerted by guests, management dismissed it with "its the only system we have" and didn't even look at it, It was left to guests to fix it which it turned out was easy, the battery was flat and the system needed plugging in to charge. These things happen however management, particularly Declan, made excuses "the bride and the groom seem happy with it". The bride and groom were unaware of the issue Declan, they were stood next to the people making the speeches. Opportunity for improvement there, I'd say.

We had a surprise celebration for my mum's birthday (eighty years young) with 45 family guests, The whole afternoon was perfect from start to finish, Tony and the staff were very attentive and made everything run smoothly, the food and venue were excellent beautifully decorated,I would highly recommend it. A big thank you from all the family Thank you to Craig for helping plan the event from start to finish Shelley

Great food and great Yorkshire hospitality. Would highly recommend if you are looking for date night or a weekend away. Also great to have lunch on the terrace outside when it is warm, however they also have heaters for the winter months so I would recommend everybody to try the lunch or dinner on the terrace at this hotel.

The meal was superb as well as the charming company, perfect place to a romantic evening and the staff especially Hannah were so kind friendly and nothing was too much trouble . I can't express how great a time I had . And will certainly be back .thank you

Rooms were clean and spacious . A lot of stairs in the hotel. Tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were polite friendly and helpful. Parking situation is a bit of a nightmare not enough spaces and you have to pay for 24 hours
