Muy cómodo. El desayuno impresionante! El hotel muy limpio y renovado. Me pareció encantador! No esperaba encontrarme un hotel así allí. Ideal para disfrutar del sol de medianoche. Tendré que repetir sin duda

Hotel muy agradable y confortable. Personal muy amable. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y el personal siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar. Las zonas comunes son muy agradable. Sin lugar a dudas es un hotel para repetir

The hotel is functional, properly maintained and modern. Free coffee in the lobby always wins my heart. Service was kind and helpful. They even helped us out with printing paperwork without hesitation. Very professional! The room was a bit too chilly, but clean and equipped. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was fun and creative! They had a wonderful selection. Wish I could enjoy it without my business rush. Would love to stay next time I’m in town.

This review is easy to write: I agree with every good comment that has been made. It's hard to think of anything that could be done better, except maybe the breakfast seating. It would be good to arrange the room in such a way that a solo traveler can enjoy breakfast at a lone table instead of taking up a seat where four could sit. (Not everyone wants to make new friends over breakfast.) In addition to the strong points others have made, the hotel offers espresso and regular coffee all the time in the lobby. A staffer went out of her way to arrange something for us, and she could have just given us a slip of paper and told us to figure it out. There are more positive things to say, but you get the idea!

For us it was the best accommodation in Harstad, there is nothing to complain about. And the breakfast is fantastic anyway. Considering that Norway is generally very expensive, this hotel offers a very good price/performance ratio. Highly recommended.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with an amazing choice of warm food, cold cuts and other specialties. Rooms are colorful and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping and reaching the express boat terminal. Airport bus stops in from of the hotel.

We stayed in several Thon hotels and they all have basic, small rooms, at least by American standards. One thing to know about all Thon hotels - the doors don't lock immediately when you leave the room. supposedly they do lock after 20 or so seconds but it's a bit disconcerting. Fro the inside it took us a while to figure out how to lock the door as just closing it doesn't do it. the location is good and the breakfast was also good. Two people in our group originally got rooms facing a wall but when our trip leader talked to the staff, they were able to change rooms, so you should check on your room. Maybe they were short-staffed but they were supposed to bring our bags to our room. After a half hour I went down to get our which were still sitting there.

The breakfast was outstanding! The room was physically comfortable with a nice view. But what made the stay unpleasant was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom.
