這是一家黑店。民宿老闆非常危險。由於攜程網上沒有標註出來要按金，後續出現嚴重問題。在已經在網上交納26磅按金的情況下，入住的時候民宿老闆讓我們再交納26磅現金。我們在和攜程客服溝通的時候一直尾隨着我們，非常危險。我們當即決定迅速撤離這裏。撤離後要求攜程客服退租金和按金。攜程以各種理由推脱

Muy sucio. Ni siquiera una lámpara o mesita de noche en la habitación. No hay dónde colgar la ropa, ni bolsitas de té ni café. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero había grandes mechones de pelo por todo el suelo y en la cama. No habían pasado la aspiradora. Tuve que limpiar el piso yo mismo con papel higiénico. Ubicación conveniente pero no lo recomiendo.

After receiving the notification that the accomidation was booked i was dropped off in a dark and unwelcoming area. I knocked on the door rang the bell and knocked on womdows for 15 minutes before thinking of reporting this as a scam abd rebooking into another motel. Eventually a voice comes (i guess the management)over the intercom askimg me to log on. I had to use their wifi and pray my low battery on my phone held out and didn't die. I had to put photos of ID and bank account details into a wattsapp message?! I ended up getting a code for door. Had to see in the dark with no lights. Then i had to find my key? I asked the neighbours who were no help and luckily another person at the place showed me where to get the key and where the code was. Absolute joke. Wont be back.

Terrible. I could not stay and needed to book another hotel. Please refund smoothly.

It was great for one night before we went on our holiday, though there was only 1 glass and 2 mugs for 2 people

My partner and I booked a room here as we had an early flight the next morning. I was in contact with the host several times during the day as we are under 25 ( which they gave us an exemption) and requested a late check in. I called them 1 hour before the office closed to make sure it was still ok to check in late…they said it was and they would send the instructions on how to get our key from the safe box outside the building. I never received an email or message via *********** ( as that is who I booked through). We tried several PIN numbers for the box of keys multiple times but none opened. We were there for 3 hours reading through everything they sent me, but nothing about how to access the key ever came through. We tried calling, emailing, messaging but received no answer. We were left with no choice but to head to the airport and sleep there. They refused to give us a refund the next day.
