Average at best. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with low expectations, this is it. The rooms are clean-ish, but there are some issues, like pretty stained furniture and a slow-draining tub shower. There are signs all over saying they are not cleaning your room unless you ask for it; however, when I was out of my room for the day, even with the do not disturb card in the card slot, someone definitely came into my room and replaced towels and pulled my sheets up which was really shocking and a bit scary to come back to after being gone all day. The woman at the front desk made it seem like we were putting her out when we checked in. They didn't have one of my ******* reservations, even though I showed her the booking, so we had to book a room there, and they didn't honor the price quoted in my reservation. Again, nothing crazy bad or wrong, just little things that added up to make the stay average at best.

Very clean, very nice front desk lady who worked with me on a slightly early check-in, clean, comfortable bed. Did not stay for breakfast, but everything else I can vouch for. Will definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I were using the hotel as base of operations to plan funeral etc. comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was good mand location was convenient.

The room was cute and comfy but the white sheets were stained and grape jelly was left on table top that got my jeans sticky.. I reported this to the male front desk

Great deal. Room was very clean and spacious, TV was bigger than budget hotels. Would definitely stay here when coming back to Conway.
