房間有洗衣服務非常貼心，不管是客房還是大堂工作人員都很友好，小龍經理很親切熱情，火鍋，小吃很多，周圍就是熊貓郵局和春熙路，商場也可以逛逛。

見過的最奇葩酒店，因為第一天晚上發現房間衞生很差，一早又要出門辦事，沒有時間再找酒店，所以續租的時候特意叮囑前台的一個穿着白色蒙口羽絨服的女服務員，把需要打掃的位置交代清楚。這個女服員遠程**一樣，面無表情。最續租但是挺麻溜。晚上回來發現，房間此前顧客留下的剪指甲自然留在地毯上，所有用過的布草（甚至把丟到浴池地上的浴巾又重新摺疊一下裝成換過的樣子），此前反饋的馬桶上有尿漬也沒處理，唯一就是倒了垃圾，枕頭上的污漬也依然存在。瞬間崩潰。直接投訴到攜程！前台竟然撒謊説因為續租，所以不知道要打掃。這麼低劣的謊言你是怎麼説出口的？雖然攜程做了補償，但是酒店工作人員完全沒有任何的歉意。必須再次投訴12315，你們欠我一個道歉！哈爾濱文旅局，管管吧！

攜程用户十來年，第一次留下差評，確實是一而再再而三挑戰顧客的底線！提前在網上定了1.10號兩間大床房，之前住過的麗楓都很滿意，帶孩子入住，所以沒用做太多對比直接預訂。1.10號晚上我們一家四口到店，由於外面氣温很低，我和四歲的兒子先進去大廳，到店後兩位工作人員在討論休班，沒有任何人主動和我們打招呼，大廳的地面一片狼藉，全是泥印子，大廳像寫字樓的大廳，完全不像一個星級酒店的標準，我和孩子等了我老公拿行李進來，這期間至少五分鐘，工作人員依舊討論私事，沒有任何人主動和我們説話，等我老公進來後，我們主動遞交身份證辦理入住。接下來我們進入電梯，如下圖所示，電梯裏依舊臟亂差，甚至還有馬克筆寫的廣告！實話實説，屋內的設施還算可以，但是走到床邊一瞬間，赫然看到床到一塊疑似血跡的污漬，還有斑駁的污點，圖片都可以看到，我立即打電話給工作人員，並強調已經將近十點，孩子需要入睡，希望馬上處理一下，等待二十分鐘未果，我老公都洗完澡出來了，沒有人給我處理問題，我又再次打電話給前台，被告知説馬上解決，等待五分鐘左右，一位沒有穿任何工作服的女士敲開了房門，並告訴我今天沒有上班的保潔人員，讓我們自己換一下！拿進屋後，發現給我的還不是被套，是床單！是床單！這時候的我已經怒不可遏了！我婆婆勸我消氣，長者家覺得多一事不如少一事，拿了她房間的被子和我們換了。第二天早上起來辦理退房，我們住的那一層電梯口漏水了，放眼看去，得有十來條被單赫然鋪在走廊，電梯口地面上，全是踩的腳印，我很難不懷疑這些臟被單洗洗還會給顧客用！到了一樓大廳，依舊是臟兮兮的地面和大廳！總之，這家店的體驗感太差了，以後肯定不會再來了！

這個冬季哈爾濱酒店房價飈升，衹能選擇離市中心遠一點的了。這家麗楓酒店停車方便，家庭房有兩張1.8米床，衞生乾淨，很適合一家人自駕出行入住。美中不足是沒有配桌椅，有些不太方便。

住過好多城市的麗楓，有城市中心也有偏遠地區的，這家價格便宜，介於快捷之間，比快捷好點，比認知中的麗楓還差點。第一間房不能反鎖音樂不好使床上還有毛髮，告知用防盜鏈就行；換成第二間還是不能反鎖但是音樂好用了，想着就那樣了，結果關掉音樂以後房間裏有聲音；又換了第三間，音樂還是不好使，但是反鎖好使了，洗澡水要放10分鐘才會熱😂總之就是很神奇的麗楓之旅

這家店的優點是房間整體設施比較新，舉架較高，保潔和前台的態度禮貌耐心。
但問題也不少，第一是我洗完澡準備躺在床上時候看見滿床灰塵，但床單被褥都是新換的可以看出來，服務人員來了立刻給我換了一套態度還是挺好的。但晚上我女朋友到樓下希望送兩瓶給我們房間，就一直沒送上來，當時打電話沒有接，我發消息有人回，但當我説完訴求之後他就已讀不回了，直到我親自下樓去拿才有人跟我説明情況，我覺得你在侮辱我，住這麼多麗楓你是頭一個這樣的，再就是淋浴沒有熱水，洗浴備品沒有及時更新，頭天晚上是温水第二天就是涼水了，希望你們認真看一下我的評價我其實很不滿意你們的服務但沒給差評希望你們能做整改

差評，衞生嚴重不合格，空調有問題。累了一天後到房間，整理行李和洗澡後，一開馬桶，馬桶墊上是一個男人尿過的痕跡如圖。瞬間噁心的不行，但是行李都打開了，東西已經放的亂七八糟，太累了，不想換房間了，忍着噁心自己清理的尿跡。床下燈開始後，清晰看到牀頭櫃下厚厚的灰塵和頭髮如圖，真的很久沒有打掃了。空調不好使，控制面板關了空調，但是空調還是在運作一直轟轟響，給前台打電話上來了個前台小哥，態度很好，但是一問三不知，他也關不了，要給我調成通風模式就不制熱了，可是我不要通風啊，我要空調不要再響了啊！
