Buena ubicación (se puede llegar a pie a todas las atracciones cercanas) El personal es muy amable. La habitación también estaba muy limpia. Sin embargo, no hay ventana y es difícil controlar el agua de la ducha.

It is average but good in the central area of hanoi

The staff were really friendly, we arrived early from an all nighter of travelling and they were very friendly and let us get into a room before check in time. The location of the hotel was great, right by old town. Unfortunately how ever the place is just in need of some maintenance, the drains were blocked, the sink was leaking any time someone in another room used their water- it for some reason created too much pressure and water came out of our outlet pipe, this meant that we always had a soaking wet bathroom floor. We told them about it but they didn’t seem too surprised. All round good stay- I just hope you don’t end up with the twin room!

Not a bad place considering the price. However, my door did not lock and I did find ants in my room

I have been here for a month as I volunteer regularly at a residential community in nearby Van Canh. It has been a great experience. I have had a few different rooms as I checked out to go away for a long weekend, and then I checked back in. It is really comfortable and nice, centrally located in the Old Quarter. You can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison, etc. And it is right next to Train Street so you can see the trains arriving! On a more practical note, there is a Circle K down the block for anything you might need, and a laundry next door that will deliver your clothes to the reception at your hotel. There are cafes and restaurants right outside, and next door is India Gate run by siblings Rohit and Neha, with amazing food and service! All the staff at the hotel are really personable and helpful. I really enjoyed seeing them every day as I headed out to work. There are toiletries provided so you never run out, and each guest gets 2 bottles of water a day as part of their stay. I will be back the next time I volunteer.

Good place, clean but WiFi is not available sometimes

We were a bit hesitant of booking here due to the bad reviews. However we were positively surprised. We were upgraded into a bigger room. Everything was clean and well functioning. You can sense the hotel has been through some renovations so it can only get better.

The Room is Spacious and the ambience is good. The shower Room should have a space for toiletries.But otherwise everything about the Room is quiet reasonable for the Price.

What was basically organized was well done. The room cleaning I received in the middle was not good. I heard the sound of water falling somewhere all night. The refrigerator didn't work. Upstairs and downstairs are affected when the lights are turned on. The staff is kind. I was able to communicate in English. However, the price of the laundry service was different depending on the employee. I felt that the employee was cheating on the price of the laundry service.

Located at centre, easy walk around. Overall is not bad besides bed is too small and hard. The front desk service was so helpful and supportive.

Very disappointed! I booked a family room with balcony at Millennium hotel Hanoi one day before and already paid online. We took 6hr bus from Sapa, reached the hotel around 8:30pm. We all hungry and my father having headache. The hotel staffs said they didn’t notice my booking so no more room available. They just sent us to the cheaper hotel with no window. ☹️😤
